I had a terrible experience with them.I bought Althea relief cream 345 but the seal was already broken.Secondly, there was no surprise korean product as a gift as they claimed on the website.I contacted them timely with evidence to have my order replaced but they have poor customer care they did nothing to sort out the matter but instead dragged it out so I will forget about this. 0/10 experience. I will not recommend anyone to buy from them.

I had a very disappointing experience with Highfy.pk. I placed Order #39800762 and purchased multiple items, including a Remington trimmer. Unfortunately, the trimmer I received was faulty.
I requested a return on 16th February, just one day after receiving the order. Since then, I have repeatedly tried contacting their customer support, but I have not received any proper response. Every time I call, a female operator tells me that my message will be forwarded to the warehouse team, but nothing has been done.
It has been weeks now, and neither has a replacement been arranged nor has my refund been processed. To make matters worse, they have now stopped responding altogether.
This kind of customer service is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this store.
