ONCE UPON A TIME THERE WAD AN ALI EXPRESS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE THAT WENT ON A SEVEN MONTH TEA BREAK. OR DID THEY EVEN EXSIST. BECAUSE I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM.
ALI EXPRESS IS A SCAM.
If you are reading this, I presume you've had issues.

Non delivery.
No refund.
No coupons.
Poor communication ( copy and paste responses).
Waiting months to be refunded ( if you do get refunded).
Repetitive lies.

The list goes on. It's ALI EXPRESS

THATS WHY THE REVIEW SCORE IS 2.2 AND DROPPING.

I review this company daily giving it a score of one star,(unfortunately I can't give Ali Express a score of zero). This company won't address it's customers issues, so I ask you to review it negatively on a daily basis. Your reviews are being read by the general public. This will force ALI EXPRESS to either close or become a more reliable platform to buy on.

BECAUSE OF THE CORRUPTION OF THE COMPANY, THEY REFUSE TO ALLOW ME, AN ACCOUNT HOLDER AND CUSTOMER, TO CHAT WITH A REPRESENTATIVE. THE ONLINE CHAT HAS BEEN BLOCKED FROM MY ACCOUNT.
FURTHER EVIDENCE THAT ALI EXPRESS ARE GOING AGAINST THE RULES,TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT THEY ADVERTISE. NOT ALLOWING ME FREE SPEECH AND A PLATFORM TO ADDRESS MY ISSUES.

FOR GOODNESS SAKE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Once you open an account it's impossible to delete YOUR account without the permission of Ali Express.
I was asked for money so that my account could be closed and deleted. A representative asked me to acknowledge receipt of an undelivered item. So that my money would be passed on even though I received nothing. I am, and continue to be held to ransom, I am still requesting to delete my Ali Express account. Without success.

Yes this is EXTORTION

I don't want to receive anything from this company. Nothing gets delivered anyway, and if I'm lucky I MAYBE refunded in eight months time. Depending on how the higher team feel.

I can't say much about the statement from Ali Express. There's simply not much I can say. It's absolutely horrendous that the Chinese company of Ali Express discriminate accounts because of nationality and country of residence.

IN EUROPE GDPR IS A LEGAL RIGHT.

YOU ARE NOT IN EUROPE IF YOU DOWNLOAD ALI EXPRESS ITS A CHINESE COMPANY. WHO DONT ABIDE BY EUROPEAN LAW.
