Alicia J Diamonds is a 5 * provider of bespoke jewellery. Alison’s attention to detail is excellent. Through every step of the process She listens carefully to the customers requirements and due to her knowledge of diamonds and expertise can provide invaluable input.
If I had to summarise my experience, Alison certainly makes dreams come true!

Alison at Alicia J Diamonds is just incredible. She really takes the time to get to know you and the person you’re buying for. She designs each piece so carefully - even considering lifestyle when considering how to set the stones. The result is jewellery that’s not only beautiful but also practical and unique to each person.

She’s so knowledgable, never pushy, and makes the whole experience genuinely enjoyable!

I was fortunate to be recommended Alicia J Diamonds by a colleague, and I’m so glad I followed their advice. Before that, I had met with several jewellers in Hatton Garden, but none provided the level of guidance or support I was looking for. A great service. Everything went smoothly and stress-free. I had an initial Teams chat where the process was clearly explained and all the intricacies of choosing a ring and diamond were expertly explained to me. It was great to be able to feel I chose every aspect of the ring rather than going into a high street jewellers and just picking what is there, feels so much more personal. The final ring was hand delivered to me in London. We are so pleased with the ring and can't fault the service or the team, I would definitely recommend.

I've commissioned a recreation of my great grandmother's ring which I lost and from the start I was amazed by this company. The communication was incredible, I was kept up to date through the entire process, and even through the shipping I was receiving updates as to where the ring was. When it arrived I was speechless as to the quality and the beauty of the ring. The whole experience was very professional and pleasant and I cannot express how much I recommend this company.

It was a beautiful bespoke gold necklace with a diamond and emerald pendant and something that was almost impossible to replace. I contacted several jewellers in the hope that I could recreate the pendant but all were either too expensive, unaccommodating or simply unable to recreate the pendant. Eventually I contacted Alicia J Diamonds and was instantly impressed with how accommodating they were . Rachel (Operation Manager) ensured all my needs were listened to by fully understanding my budget, delivery time and product design requirements. The various quality and source of diamonds and emeralds were explained to me, and the communication throughout was amazing. An initial 3D model was produced by their design time and together we re-created the pendant to create an exact replica. Rachel and Alison were patient throughout and allowed me to make several alterations to the design until it was perfect. Eventually the finished product was hand delivered to me on time where it was a pleasure to meet Alison (Founder). The final product was absolutely perfect and my partner was delighted. I’ve been thinking of having my half diamond eternity ring reworked into a full diamond eternity ring for a while. I had had two other quotes. When I discussed my thoughts with Alicia J she understood what I wanted immediately and advised that she could remodel it whereas another jeweller had told me it wasn’t possible. The work was completed very quickly and I now have a beautiful full diamond channel set eternity ring which fits my finger perfectly, the diamonds fit around exactly and it sits very well with my solitaire engagement and wedding rings. I am thrilled with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending Alicia J to anyone else thinking of anything similar. I will also go back to her if I am planning to buy any other jewellery.

Alicia J Diamonds make the process of proposal through to marriage enjoyable and stress-free.

Alison listened to all our requests and inspiration throughout to create the engagement and wedding rings. For Jack, who proposed to Sarah, Alison was extremely helpful. She ultimately managed to craft an engagement ring for Sarah, which she adores, off nothing more than a very loose brief from Jack.

Our great experience continued for the wedding rings, with Jack opting for a gold ring with a millgrain edge to complement a gold ring inherited from his Dad. Alison came up with a genius suggestion for Sarah’s wedding ring. Given Sarah works in a hospital, she needed a plain band for work (not allowed diamonds for infection control purposes). Alison worked with us to find a perfect solution: one plain platinum band for work and another half-laced with diamonds for outside of work. Both perfectly crafted to fit around her engagement ring.

I was referred to Alison, to create a special statement ring for my 50th birthday. After sharing many ideas, a 'mock ring' was created based on my brief. What a superb idea, it allowed me to wear the ring and get use to the size, fit, shape, style before making the commitment to proceed.
Upon confirmation, Alison and her team were able to produce a stunning and bespoke 'Toi Et Moi' Ring, which I absolutely love.
