Great service, high reliability, top quality.

I asked the Team at Alicia J to create a pave set diamond heart pendant & necklace for a very special birthday surprise present for my Wife.

After some design discussions and a really nicely put together presentation of ideas, I opted to ask for a piece from the website, to be made bespoke with added diamonds.

To my relief, nothing was a problem, it was a great experience and all enquires where well managed, handled quickly and the team went above and beyond to create a beautiful sentimental piece of bespoke jewellery.

The extra touches like being delivered by hand, the expert insurance valuation and the packaging really made it special.

My young daughter commented that the piece was very 'Diamondy', and indeed, it truly glistened. The quality really exceeded my expectations.

What can I say about the amazing experience that I have just had with Alicia J Diamonds.

I have had a diamond ring for years sitting in a drawer getting dusty that I simply just didn't love! I told Alison about the ring and she said, let us see what we can do with it.

Well! I felt like a princess the way the team looked after me the whole service, the storyboard with suggested images, the speed at which they turned my old 'unloved' diamonds into my now most comfortable and much loved diamond ring which quite simply I don't want to take off my finger :-)

Alison and the team talked me through the entire process of securing the perfect engagement ring for my (now) fiance. I loved the whole process, Rachel was so helpful, understanding and made everything from design to delivery an enjoyable experience. Nothing was a hassle down to the delivery, making sure my now fiancée suspected nothing.

The ring is stunning, I was blown away when I opened the box and hid it out of sight for a whole week before I proposed at the Shard. I kept checking on it everyday just to admire the beauty of it, so tastefully done with a beautiful finish. Made extra special when I proposed knowing there is no other ring out there like this one.

We had my engagement ring hand crafted by Alicia J. The diamond is so sparkly I can’t stop looking at it! We gave the team pictures of the ring I liked and they made it happen, my diamond was personally sourced from Dubai and the band designed to my spec. The quality is exquisite and honestly beats anything I’d seen from the wider known luxury brands.

What makes Alicia J so wonderful (aside from the amazing gemstones) is the personal service from Alison and the team. The ring was hand delivered, I then had follow up appointments (at my home address) for resizing and then for scoping my wedding ring. I was made to feel like a VIP!

Everybody comments on the beauty of my engagement and wedding ring and are amazed at how the two rings fit so neatly together.

My next piece will certainly be an Alicia J, bring on my eternity ring and perhaps a little gem stone treat to myself for working so hard this year. I recommend to all.

Alison from Alicia J helped me design a copy of my engagement ring and I couldn’t be happier. She spent as much time as needed to ensure it was right and fitted well. Any adjustment was never to much trouble. My now husband and I were so happy with the final result we decided to put an order in for our wedding rings. My engagement ring and wedding band just fitted perfectly. I wouldn't choose anyone else when it comes to wedding rings. I loved how personal and relaxed it felt. I still love looking at my rings, just beautiful, couldn't recommend enough.

I used Alicia J to replace a diamond necklace that was stolen, Alicia J came up with a design that complimented the earings and actually looked far better. They communicated with me the whole time and personally hand delivered the necklace. The cost of the necklace for the quality received was excellent and I would be happy to recommend Alicia J. I could not recommend Alison anymore ! I was completely clueless with regards to diamonds and had a lot to learn. Alison was very informative and discussed everything I needed to know in making the right decision on purchasing my partners engagement ring. The service was completely bespoke and this enabled me to design a ring that I felt my partner would love and to put my own stamp on it, whilst Alison ensured the quality of the diamond was maximised for the budget. I got the ring size wrong, this was taken away and amended in a number of days with no issues, Grace even collected it and Alison dropped it to our house! My partner absolutely loved the ring and we are both over the moon with the quality - thank you Alison! For anyone debating if they should purchase their ring from Alicia J or another, I would highly recommend Alison/Alicia J!

Alison went above and beyond with her customer service and attention to detail with my engagement ring. She worked with me (for hours!) to find out my ring preferences, created 4 model rings in the styles I liked to see what I preferred and then created my perfect ring from this. An amazing service and I have already highly recommended her to all of my friends. I could not thank her enough!

I commissioned Alicia J to make a pair of one-carat diamond studs for my beautiful wife. She loves wearing them. What I loved was the process of designing and buying them.
