Ik koop solar lampen. Waar van 1 lamp het 4 keer heeft gedaan. En er daar na mee stopten.
Ik heb de verkoper aan gesproken. en ik heb een video verzonden. Waar ze om vroegen. Die heb ik
meerderen malen verzonden. Alie ontkent dat ze die video binnen hebben gekregen, ik heb een test uit gevoerd. Om die zelf de video van mijn 1 mail naar mijn anderen mail te verzenden. En dat gaat goed. Ik kan die video daar zien en downloaden.
Ik heb die video nog via mijn anderen mail verzonden, maar daar hoor ik ze niets over. De kosten waren 46.60
de zaak wordt gesloten. En kan hem niet terug verzenden terwijl er bij de advertentie staat gratis retour.
Ik dacht ik steur de lamp op dan kunnen ze het daar zien, maar nee ze doen het niet. met 90 dagen koop bescherming

sent several times. Alie denies they received that video, I ran a test. To send the video from my 1 mail to my other mail. And that's going well. I can see and download that video there.
I sent that video through my other email, but I haven't heard anything about it. The cost was 46.60
the case is closed. And can't send it back while the ad says free return.
I thought I'd put the lamp on so they can see it there, but no they don't 90 days buyer protection

oplichting scam

Ik bestel nog wel eens wat bij AlieExpress, het kan je veel geld schelen. Met kleding heb ik geen goede ervaringen, vooral met de pasvorm, die klopt soms van geen kanten ook al bestel je netjes 2 maten groter (Asian is 2 maten kleiner). Gereedschap of dingen voor mijn Drone, Computer kabels etc kunnen prima.
Het is hier leuk kopen als je oppast, gaat het mis en wil je iets terugsturen gaat dat voor eigen kosten. Dus blijf je met de troep zitten.

Ik heb een aantal keren meegemaakt dat het mis ging, zo had ik bijvoorbeeld 10 x inbus M4 bouten besteld, kreeg een lege enveloppe, de inhoud was dus onderweg verloren gegaan. AlieExpress gaf niet thuis en ik ben mijn geld kwijt omdat een domme verkoper de boel niet goed verpakt had. Heel soms raakt er ook wel eens iets helemaal kwijt. Koop je iets dan betaal met Paypal dan heb je kopersbescherming. De AlieExpress klantenservice is slecht.

Als je een review voor een produkt plaatst en dat in het Engels doet wordt het toch vertaald maar naar belachelijk slecht Nederlands, niemand heeft wat aan dat soort reviews.

Iedere keer hetzelfde verhaal. Als een verkoper een fout produkt of kleur opstuurt, open je een geschil, levert de nodige bewijzen. Vraagt alleen restitutie omdat terugzenden enorm veel geld kost nr China.
Dan geeft Alie je gelijk, maar moet je toch nog retourneren op kosten van de verkoper.
Maar ze geven je geen retourlabel.
Alleen een adres.
Dit wil zeggen dat je:
1. de verzendkosten zelf moet betalen
2. Het opgegeven adres veel te lang is en bpost zegt dat dat onmogelijk in het verzendlabel past
3. Dat ik eerst opdraai voor de hele hoge retourkosten (gewoonlijk tegen de 60€) en dan moet ik hopen dat ik het teruggestort krijg?!!!

Veel verkopers begrijpen absoluut niet dat je het niet ok vindt als ze je een fout artikel of kleur hebben opgestuurd.
Vreselijk frustrerend. Er valt niet mee te praten.

Dus eindig je dat je het artikel verplicht bent te houden, omdat je niet anders kan. Want je kan AliExpress onmogelijk contacteren eens zij tot een beslissing zijn gekomen, zelfs in jouw voordeel. Maar je problemen hebt.

Ik heb het gehad met die site!
Heb veel geld verloren sinds ik er gekocht heb. Omdat ze niet gecontacteerd kunnen worden, meestal aan de kant van de verkopers staan (ook al hebben ze ongelijk) of ze je zeggen retourneer op kosten vd verkoper maar je geen retourlabel geven.

Vreselijke site!!!
En vreselijke klantenservice met een chatbot, dus service is onbestaande!!
Verkopers hebben meestal altijd gelijk.

Bon j'ai voulu retenter après 2 bonne expériences....

Looked like a bargain for 4 Lipos 2250 just over 20 pounds sounds to good to be true, it was only one battery arrived, the advert has a photo of 4 batteries, so be careful when placing your order.

The battery itself looks ok and it arrived early, I can get a battery like that for 13 Pounds in the UK.

This is the first time I have used this Company I have ordered a cheap tool box for a great price, let's hope I get more than an empty tool box, will update this review later.

When I order from here, I generally forget about it. Shipping can take months. Quality is always fairly trashy as well. I buy things if they’re just meant to be worn once. The prices allow for wear & throw away.

Package was lost. They say it's "being held at my local post office, and i just need to contact them and pick it up."
However. For 2 months they wont or cant tell WHO the shipping company is. So they've fcked me. Stay clear

Their chat is apparently live 24-7. Last week I sent over 100 same messages, every day, couple times a day and I still did not receive answer. This is joke.

These people are unreal. I registered recently and placed my first order (8154863846045067) Tracking was fine initially but then I noticed the parcel had arrived at the Netherlands post office, I immediately contacted the seller (Toifucos Store) to ask why my item was sent to the Netherlands when I live in Derby (United Kingdom) I have now been asking the same question for five DAYS and they are just ignoring the question and stating the parcel is withy my local courier. I have told them countless time the Netherlands post office is not my local courier and is NOT even in the same country yet all they reply is please contact the post office. So angry because ringing the Netherlands would cost more than the item I purchased. I will now have to wait until mid-October to put in a dispute. Tried contacting customer services but just an automated response. I certainly will never shop there again. The thing is my question was simple and they could have answered it easily, but they chose to treat me with utter disrespect. All I wanted to know was why in god's name would you send my item to the Netherlands when I live in the UK????????

In September last year, I ordered silicone cases for the phone. Long delivery - about 2-3 months, but the wait was worth it. The drawings are made with high quality, they fit perfectly under the phone model (Huawei P Smart +). I have been using covers for 9 months, no complaints. The drawings are a little worn on the corners of the covers, but it's not very noticeable. I recommend this site for orders, but in order not to make a mistake with the choice, read the reviews on the seller before ordering.

I have order few times from AliExpress, and most of my experiences were bad. I ordered a smartwatch which was less than $9 and while I did not expect much from it, I certainly did not expect the watch to come in pieces. After I opened the dispute, the seller said he was speechless, but that I cannot pack the damaged goods back, and he would not accept such refund. However, I received a refund since AliExpress stepped in. I have also purchased other things which arrived properly, some of them with better quality, some of the products not so much. Once I ordered wallets, which did not arrive, and was reimbursed for that as well.

Overall while the sellers can be rude and not cooperative, I was never declined for a refund by AliExpress, even though the seller would not respond to my dispute. However, I would recommend everyone to be extra cautious when ordering.

Lots of fake items, and very low quality. Plenty of cheap items, but hard to find something decent quality. The return process is non-existent and refunds rarely happen. Many times I have received broken items, but nobody cared to refund. They even prohibit bad reviews - in the last 2 weeks I tried almost everyday, but it always says "System is busy! please try again 10 minutes later".

I am appaullled with this company if thats even what u can call it. i ordered a large order pushed confirm payment the shipping was the like through the roof then they immidialtly take it right out of my bank account then canceled my order have done nothing to help at all abd i even sent them proof of my purchase and still have not been helped or even communicated with i am so upset and feel so dumb i am a single mother who neveer does anything for myself it was my birthday did not even have the money to spend and i dont even anything thats what i get for trusting this company do urself a favor save urself fhe heartbreak and stress of what i went through its sad people work so hard for their money for people to just rob u

Terrible terrible services and costumer support!
I did not recieve the order I made AND prepayed for 12th of April and to be reimbursed entailed terrible draged out, energy and spiritual draining costumer service and contact for nearly 2 months! Not until I lost my head over this company and came to post here on Trustpilot Ali Express took an actual action to refund.

The costumer support meet their costumers with smooth and sweet, postponing talking rather than immediate actions to solve the problem.

I do not recommend and will not recommend anyone to order or prepay anything from or to this company.

Ali Express have not offered any re-shipment or compensation for any inconvenience they are causing.

As a costumer I was expected to prepay IMMEDIATELY but Ali Express clearly do not have a the same policy back, they draged out my refund until the verge of me going nuts and nearly give up!

You can read for yourself how many reviews their are of them not refunding as they promise, you will seriously have to FIGHT for it!

Als langjähriger Kunde werde ich immer öfter betrogen. Entweder die Ware kommt nicht an oder Die Beschreibungen der Artikel ist falsch. Ich habe eine Uhr wg. des Zifferblattes bestellt. Nach 2 Monaten kam die Uhr an.(ohne dieses Zifferblatt) Beim ersten tragen ging das mitgelieferte Band unterwegs auf, die Uhr fiel herunter und das Glas war beschädigt. Es gab kein Geld zurück. Andere Artikel kamen gar nicht an und ich hätte angeblich zugesagt keinen Ersatz bekommen zu wollen. Ich werde bei dieser Bude nicht mehr einkaufen und kann nur abraten.
