Bought a Blue Light Screen Filter and received it in very damaged condition. The vendor, i-Technology Life, claimed damage was from violent shipping, but the type and amount of damage and the condition of the shippers package proved this false. Opened a dispute and accepted Ali Express proposal for a refund ($47.86). i-technology repeated violent shipping as cause of damage, offered a $3.96 discount, wanted dispute cancelled. I informed i-technology returning the product by registered courier to shippers warehouse address ($28.52), no response. Received email one month later from Ali Express stating, "Dispute Concluded, Seller agreed to your proposal," but the seller insisted I return the item to China at twice the purchase price at my expense. Despite evidence the product was shipped damaged, Ali Express backed this up as a condition of the refund, which makes Ali Express Refund Policy a fraud. I would avoid both itechnology Life and Ali Express. If you do buy from Ali Express buy small items under $20 and pay for them using PayPal. BE WARNED!

Up until last week I had no issues with them. However the last items I ordered were sent by a completely untrustworthy delivery company (Paack) whose driver stole my parcels. He called me at 9:00pm on Friday to say he was at my office. Obviously the office was closed. The company doesnât answer calls and has kept my package. If this had been Amazon I would be able to call and they would arrange the redelivery or refund. Ali Express? No chance. Zero buyer protection

aliexpress is the worst of the worst
aliexpress was always bad, but at least in 2018 I received my goods after 3 months.
Now the customer service and customer protection is a complete joke. Stay away from aliexpress! I never received my order, the seller won't reply to me and I lost the dispute. I wasted all my money. Aliexpress doesn't care about the customer. I was already sceptical with the website, but now I am 100% sure I will never ever again buy from this website ever again!

Buyer beware: Countless unscrupulous sellers.
Merchants benefit from use of your money for out of stock merchandise and IF you are lucky merchant cancels order one month later, while you are still awaiting shipment.
Other sellers misrepresent grossly merchandise features, send inferior products, and refuse to refund - not honoring money-back warranty. I had to spend valuable time, produce documentation, and appeal my case with PayPal which fortunately ruled in my favor - a totally unnecessary, not so easy process.
WHEN REVIEWERS REPORT FALSELY CREATED TRACKING HISTORIES, BELIEVE THEM.
In one of my experiences, I had placed an order on April 16th. "Tracking" indicated item arrived in the United States May 2nd and was in customs. No progress until June 3, when I decided to file a claim with AliExpress. Then, suddenly, "tracking" showed "Delivered" on June 3 - falsely, of course. Seller claimed merchandise was delivered, denied refund.
I had to remain in suspense for weeks, per AliExpress policy, before they would "step in" in mid July. Miraculously, merchandise arrived on June 16th, shipped from a drop-off facility in California. Item not as described and defective.
I have reasons to suspect seller decided to act on June 3 after I filed claim. Their mystical tracking history still showed June 3 as delivery date.
How they manage to produce such fake tracking histories, beats me.
COMMUNICATION WITH ALIEXPRESS IS USELESS as you cannot escape dealing entirely with a robot issuing confusing canned answers when you attempt to chat - chat with a human is non existent.
Their alleged 75-day money back warranty is a farse.
Do not be fooled by low prices.

AliExpress: fake sellers, fake products, fake promises.
This review culminates my terrible experiences with AliExpress and their sellers. My order (8138762231916650) of a metal Captain America shield collectable through the seller JTB Models was the worst of them all since I lost $240 and more than three months (and counting) of my time trying to get my money back because of a fake delivery. This seller gave me a fake tracking number to satisfy AliExpress' shipping deadline. When I got worried many months later, they gave me another fake tracking number to make me think it was arriving. AliExpress will not support me in a refund for being a victim of a scam.
Here's the major problems with this company:
1) Wherareas places such as Amazon place great emphasis on timely delivery, AliExpress allows their sellers 75 days to deliver the item plus 15 more days to file a dispute. In this time frame, you will find out that you have likely surpassed your deadlines for AliExpress disputes, giving seller feedback and most importantly, the 90 day mark is the last day for a credit card dispute. On top of that, do you really even need your item of you are going to be waiting more than 3 months for it?
2) If you do start a dispute in time, you absolutely need to make sure that you never ever close that dispute. You should never ever accept the seller's proposals. Let AliExpress step in to give you a refund. If you don't, the dispute closes and you will never ever be able to reopen or appeal that dispute. The seller is then able to take your money and run. After that, the seller will ghost you.
3) In the many months you'll likely spend waiting for your item, you'll find out most of the time, it's of inferior quality. You are paying junk prices for actual junk. Very rarely have I received a product where I am saying, "Damn, I just saved a lot of money for the same product I could have gotten at home." The vast majority of reviews are bought and/or are fake.
As you can see how both the seller and AliExpress facilitate making victims of fraud everyday. I've been using AliExpress long enough to know that they do not have your back. It's only a matter of time when you will get scammed - when that happens, AliExpress tends to favour the seller by either making you wait even longer for your item, or downright rejecting your request for a refund. Moreover, they make it so you cannot talk to a live agent. There is no email or phone number to contact. Sometimes, you can reach a live agent through the chat, but those agents will send you lofty promises, only for you to later receive an email stating your request for a refund is rejected. All I have asked for is fairness. I didn't get my item, so a refund of the price I paid would be great. What irks me is that AliExpress will not use fairness and reasonable judgement. Instead, they'd rather lose a customer.
Note that I am on my fifth dispute in a few months. Many sellers use the tactic where they will input a fake tracking number into AliExpress to meet the guaranteed shipping deadline, but in reality your items are never sent. The ones that do have tracking numbers which have frequent status updates and will get to you a about two weeks to a month. When you order enough, you'll know exactly which sellers shipped your items, and which ones are fraudsters. When you get this feeling, file a dispute right away and just keep it open until AliExpress steps on and issues you a refund. If that fails, go through your credit card company ASAP well before the 90 day mark.
Save yourself the grief, and just buy your products throught Amazon or a real store. It's usually only a few dollars more, and you are protected from scams. Moreover, you get exactly the product you want right away.
It truly sucks becuase there are genuine sellers on AliExpress, but they promote fraud by letting these sellers thrive. It would be better if they took a hard stance on sellers by giving them one month to get those items out and absolutely gaurantee refund so buyers know the platform is on their side if they don't get their goods.

I have bought over 60 items from this site,,, but on three occasions I have had cause to complain because items sent were substandard, fake and simply poor. On these three occasions AliExpress ruled that I would receive my money back,, this has never happened. I have also had occasions where items simply never arrived. This is a real shame as there are some great sellers on there. However, AliExpress really needs to step up their customer service which they offer, but you can never ever contact. My advise is avoid until they sort themselves out, remove the bad sellers and in the meantime shop where you can at least speak to someone if you have a problem .

Worst imaginable shopping experience
I've had some issues over the few years I've bought things, but this last time was a complete nightmare. I ordered 11 items from 5 different "stores" and all these were shipped together in one "package" which was marked by the post office as delivered, but I never saw the package whatsoever.
When I went for customer service I had to open a lengthy "dispute" process for every item individually regardless of whether they were from the same order or the same store. Worse yet they made me file a missing package claim with the post office (which demanded more effort than the disputes did and didn't help). So after 5 hours of hassle, the sellers all denied these disputes, completely ignoring what I had wrote and told me that the tracking specified the item was delivered. I then rejected their $0 refund offer, only to wait a few more days to have AliExpress give a final ruling that was identical and denied all refund requests.
What a complete nightmare. All my money and time given away just to get a headache and empty promises from start to end. I'll never put myself through this again.

Well my first purchase for a mobile phone went down like a lead baloon. My bad luck I picked a fraudulent seller who sent me a fake tracking number, a fake invoice and fake order confirmation. I have paid just in excess of £60 for goods that do not exist. The seller has stopped communicating and the sellers shop is empty.
If you do purchase from this platform just like ebay check the sellers credentials. A crook will be new on the platform offering cheap products to entice you in. They won't have many past sales or feedback. I just happened to forget to check
