We are very disappointed about this Cheating Website (Ali-Express Website) and them services because We have Bought from Big Screen GPS Factory Store on this Cheating Website (Ali-Express Website) the Control Dashboard Screen for the Nissan Patrol Platinum- Model 2016 and they sent us a Different Model which was not Ordering and on the Dispute which have opened the Ali-Express Website agreed 100% the product which have received the Model is not as described and Just Refund a Part of a Amount of total cost of the Order and agreed this is 100% Seller Fault and the seller has a full Responsibility to Pay the Return Shipping Fee OR Ali-Express Website Should Take this Part to (Pay the Returning Shipping Fee from them Side) Because they are a broker between us and the seller BUT they are sneaking from them Responsibility and just Refund a Part Only of the total cost of the order, and this Not our Fault!

Be-Careful Before Make Any Deal with Ali-Express Website Is Helping the Sellers to Cheat the Customers!

CTT hide after customs and return orders without permission of the client.

I ordered some clothes and then received a message claiming that items were out of stock and i should get a refund. when i tried this they denied the refund and claimed they had delivered it - their delivery agent said it was delivered to 112 oxford street - which is impossible as my street only goes up to 104. Ali express sided multiple times with the vendor and i was so appalled by this treatment from a vendor that boldly claims to offer "Buyer Protection". I will not be shopping here again.

I had been a customer for over 5 years. Purchasing on here has been a bit of a gamble. Sometimes you would get a high quality product for a good price other times the quality is lacking but the low cost makes it worth it. So I don't want to disparage all of the sellers on this website but ali express themselves obviously don't care about their customers.

Avoid totally!, it's a lottery to get the product as described, then bingo if it get delivered.... but the worse is the absolute missing customer service, doesn't exist the possibility to talk with someone, so I lost money because I don't receive the goods
and I won't repite, .

Je suis souvent sévère mais juste avec ALIEXPRESS.
Je viens de recevoir un avis sur ma boite mail m'avisant d'un colis en approche.
Pour la première fois, ils ont rappelé, en fin de message, l'objet de cette commande et même le prix d'achat et une photo.
Quand on a de multiples commandes en cours cela évite de rechercher par les références qui n'ont d'ailleurs peut-être pas toujours été rappelées.
S'ils avaient eu une boîte mail ouverte, facile à trouver, ils auraient gagné plusieurs années; Moi ou un autre leur aurait demandé cela.
De plus, ils repris les livraisons avec LA POSTE.Une livraison par Relais Colis s'est soldée par le fait que je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon envoi. Il est reparti.

Delivery times on items purchased vary from 1 to 4 months+, and I have had some bizarre online conversations with the retailers who are selling through the site. Latest was that my order from China to Hong Kong has been mailed to Chile?! AliExpress has a good refund policy if goods don’t show up.

Jeg køber hos dem jevnligt, og har som sådan ikke noget at klage over, selvfølgelig er der meget skrammel hvor kvaliteten ikke hænger sammen.

Men altså, du giver 10,- for noget leveret til døren som koster 150,- i Danmark.

Så må man også forvente kvaliteten er anderledes

BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY ARE CHARGING all UK's customers 20% TAX SINCE 01/01/21 but they do not pay that to our HMRC instead they are pocketing.. if you IMPORT any goods from any countries then you do not pay tax to their Government and that includes China.. we produce bulk products in China and we do not pay tax but we have to pay tax+vat+ clearing charges in the UK.. please check it out

Llega todo tardísimo, y como tengas algún problema olvídate. En mi caso una Xiaomi Mi Band que llegó usada y con la pantalla rayada. Después de abrir una disputa y decenas de mensajes no me devolvieron el dinero. Una vergüenza

The same problem as last times...
But they sell stuff that I don't find anywhere else, so I keep on making the same mistake...

They refused to refund my payment for two orders, and said that in disputes its delivered by seller check local Post office.

Very bad business model for buyers, maybe very good for sellers, you cannot trust the company to have your back with order issues, the times to dispute a order issue is ridiculous, definitely is a high risk to buy in this site.

i just started working with AliExpress corporation and as a start they were very helpful to work with, very organized and very decent, i recommend to check their jobs line.
the manager who helped me was very cooperative, her name was Larisa Ogurstova.

I buy quite alot from Aliexpress as its like buying direct from the manufacturer rather than then paying a middle man. Numerous purchases i have made and the product has been a fraction of the price compared to what i have seen on other websites and has been the same product and make.
I admit some of the sellers u need to be careful of especially ones with no reviews or just loads of 5 stars, but all in all ive received everything i have paid for.
Ive also had items not turn up for ages, emailed seller and they have sent another and then that one arrives and so does the 1st one you ordered so a little bonus, i have also requested refunds for no show items and have always received them.
Make sure you read the description of the goods carefully to make sure you are ordering exactly what you want!!!

It is a terrible site where you don't get a refund if the item does not arrive.
