more that 100 orders to slovakia. delivery time 3-6 weeks. rarely the package was lost and arrives after two months. refund works! never had a problem. but you have to carefully pick up the product and the seller. I most often choose product according to the number of orders and also reviews.

The lack of integrity of Aliexpress store owners in the Aliexpress Marketplace is a direct reflection of the type of people Aliexpress allows to sell in their marketplace. I purchased the LED Night Light 3D Print Moon Lamp Rechargeable Color Change Lamp for my granchild, for Christmas 2020. Like most I ordered early to allow for shipping time. I receive the lamp 15 days before Christmas, wrapped it up put it under the tree. Christmas morning the lamp remote would not work and I could not turn off the lamp, it just kept flashing colors until it finally died. We charged it over night and in the morning 12/26 the lamp was dead only showing a slight purple color then that went out. Aliexpress only allows 15 days for disputes from the time the order is received. Therefore, when I contacted the seller on Christmas Day via email they did not respond, then I attempted to contact them by starting a dispute the next day, 12/26 which is when I learned the dispute period had passed. I contacted Aliexpress customer support who agreed that the circumstances of the 15 day dispute period should have exceptions during the holidays. They assured me they would contact the seller and tell them to refund sell price money. Aliexpress customer service sent me a copy of the emails they sent to the seller requesting my refund. The seller responded asking for a video showing how the Globe was inoperable. I sent the video showing how the Globe was inoperable. When I did not receive a response I contacted Aliexpress Customer Service again, who reiterated their agreement that I should receive a refund and that they would again contact and request that the seller refund my money. It has been almost 30 days and I have not received a response from the seller, Aliexpress and no refund.

I placed an order for modelling nippers with whom I believed to be a reputable company (their products are quoted favorably in modelling circles). Their on line store sells through AliExpress. My credit card was debited for €32,56 to Aliexpress Luxembourg, but I didn't receive a confirmation email, and my order history didn't show the order. A week has passed, and my order history still shows nothing. I've tried contacting the sellers, but they're not replying. So I've tried contacting AliExpress, but all they do is send you on a merry go round of FAQ pages. Guess I've been conned, and I should have known better...there must be a reason for so many negative reviews of this site.

Har købt hos Aliexpress i meget lang tid, nok 3 til 4 år nu, er Diamond kunde. Så har virklig købt alt muligt der. Fra tøj, sko til vandhaner, som sagt alt muligt. Ja det tager nogen gange lidt tid, til det kommer. Plus vær opmærksom på at du kan få en regning fra told hvis det er over 80 kr. Kan ikke forholde mig til at folk har tabt penge. Hvis en Seller ikke sender en bestilling har jeg altid fået pengene tilbage, plus har enda nogen gange fået gratis ting da det tog så lang tid for dem at sende, at jeg havde fået pengene retur, plus min ordre. Så har kun gode erfaringer

Zolang het niet elektronisch is, valt het wel mee. De elektronische toestellen zijn van absoluut minderwaardige kwaliteit en werken vaak niet. Terugsturen kost vaak meer dan het product zelf, dus zit je er aan vast. Je hebt ook geen enkele mogelijkheid om Ali-Express hierover de zelf te contacteren. Het contact met de verkoper is meestal in zeer gebrekkig Engels en je wordt zeker niet geholpen.

Had office 2019 licensie besteld en zou binnen 3 dagen verstuurd worden, echter verkoper reageerde totaal niet en kreeg automatisch mijn geld retour gestort zonden hiervoor hoeven te vragen.
Dus IK ben gewoon wel tevreden.

They actually don’t deserve any star, their trade assurance only protect the seller not the buyer. I guess they have to protect their people.

I ordered a product, it was never delivered. Somehow aliexpress chatbots claims it have been delivered, When I check with the tracking website, I can see that it has not been delivered. The chatbot tells me to get information from the postal service and get back. I have all the documentation I need to prove that the thing is in fact not delivered. but there is no way to submit this documentation.

Furthermore it is impossible to open a dispute since it have been more than 15days after the item was flagged as delivered.

"Try contact the seller", isn't helpful I have contacted the seller 3 months ago and now again, I do not get any response.

It arrived this morning after five weeks by regular post. The price was about 50% lower than the local stores. The waiting time was too long. Maybe it is the time of year.

Good pace to order cheap electronics if you are not in a rush.

Im an artist / designer and recently found my work being sold through this website. I've tried to get my work removed but Aliexpress (ps the name listed is misspelt) makes the process incredibly difficult (get a lawyer difficult... then they shut that shop down and will just open a new one and start selling your stuff again). Simply google "aliexpress stole my artwork" and its everywhere... you can even buy a sticker saying this as its now such a running joke in the designer community. They are basically ripping artists off from other pay on demand sites. If you value artists don't buy from this site.

Acquistato sedia ghost. Prodotto mai arrivato. Ordinato il 30.08.20 ed oggi il 4.12.20 il prodotto non c’è. Mi hanno dato un tracking nr ma non esiste alcun bene spedito con quel codice.

Lo dicho Aliexpress es una empresa que NO cumple. Como ya mencioné el pasado 28 de agosto de 2020, realicé varias compras, una a la empresa YS Shaping Store con # de pedido 8018680748046431 por la cantidad de US$10.70, mismo que nunca llegó a mis manos por lo que entré en disputa para el reembolso de mi dinero, pero el argumento de Aliexpress es que la empresa y yo no nos pusimos de acuerdo y "dado que el paquete fue devuelto por la empresa de envío debido al motivo del comprador, el comprador debe pagar la tarifa de envío en ambos sentidos " por tal razón sólo me reembolsarán US$5.81 y de no estar de acuerdo puedo apelar, pero eso no es tan sencillo, la página no permite este tipo de acciones, y más allá nunca entable por medio del mensajero una seria comunicación con la empresa ¿entonces cómo podíamos ponernos de acuerdo?. ¡¡De verdad qué malísima experiencia con Aliexpress!! porque en lugar de estar disfrutando de sus productos, obtuve problemas para muchos días mientras te dan la supuesta solución, y como ya lo dije, terminaron jineteándose mi dinero. Dicen que lo barato puede salir caro, así fue, era mejor comprar el producto en tienda mexicana.

There was a time that Aliexpress was a really good site but that has all changed...they charge an illegal tax and keep changing my language as well have made it difficult to contact CSR....when they decide to clean up their act then I’ll be back....till then.......

I think it’s a very good site! Cuz you get a lot of nice items. But the shipping is looong! And yeah if you don’t want that then stay away! But their stuff it’s good, I have bought over 20 items from them! And I love them all xx
