Продавці шлють що попало та будь якого розміру, а не те, що замовив покупець, а Аліекспрес змушує покупця платити за той непотріб та лайно хоча б пів ціни... Схоже це така нова модель бізнесу Аліекспрес... Я втрачаю гроші на непотріебі за сприянням Аліекспрес... Мені то не підходить. Відмовляюсь від всіх замовлень, які не були доставлені та не хочу мати справу з шахраями... Користувався Аліекспрес багато років, такого дебілізму раніше там не було.... на зараз, то вже переходить в імбіцильність...

Ordered 3 items in August, not received till November. Opened a dispute but nothing happens. It's the same like others wrote...you pay upfront and afterwards you don't have the chance to get your money back when items never arrive at your place.

I have another 7 orders open from September...hope to receive them before end of this year.

All in all I have now payed for 10 order where the shipping info is not changing since several weeks.

I have not received Orders from but they have my money .
I have been a Buyer on Ali for 5 years .
Last 5 orders never came through but they claim they have so WILL NOT refund.
Last one I tried to cancel 5 minutes after ordering . Emailed the seller 4 times . Ali promised that if no response to my cancellation request in 8 days Id get a refund . I DIDNT. Seller has sent item out apparently .
I Urge you Please Please .
Its No longer a Bargain from over there if you never Receive it . Its been like this Since nearly the start of the Year . Work it out for yourselves .
Everything I have written here I stand by . Absolutely furious . I have Learned my lesson . Doesnt matter how Loyal you have been . At the End of the Day its Your Money to spend as you see fit . Just dont be surprised if its Not as described or Doesnt appear or to expect Ali to see in your favour as they used to . They have moved the Goal posts .

Ik koop vaak bij Alieexpress en ben steeds prima tevreden ook de prijzen zijn cheap het enigste is dat boven euro 23.- in voerkosten berekend worden bij inklaring, dus gewoon onder die prijzen blijven en even geduld hebben dan komt het goed.. toi toi toi.

I’ve not received my item!!!

My item should been delivered on the 18th October!!! Never received it nor have I been notified what’s going on!!!!

6 weeks I’ve bought the item and still no sign of it!! is this, Snail mail? Never ever waited this long for an item ever.

Won’t be buying from these crooks again!!!

I’ve learned my lesson - never buy overseas!!!

I use Aliexpress all the time for electrician’s stuff. On the whole, about 90% of the stuff gets to me. If it doesn’t save yourself a lot of agro and wave the money good buy. Just don’t spend a lot of money with them. And most definitely DON’T BUY any clothes, they are cheap, nasty and made for midgets.
eBay has Chinese sellers which means that you are protected, and only marginally more expensive.

I had already order from this store to checked quality of clothes before. Bought from them 4 times and only 1 item per time . The store sent quick correct size and correct item so I decided to buy for sell it.

On 23rd -24th Sept I made 4 orders with 3 styles for 7 peices all the orders has been shipped out on 25th Sept that really quick like as always.

The 1 dress arrived the dress came without tag label . On the dress had sewing mark that shown label was took out to not see what size it was. Inside seem the small size label has also been cut out. I measurement was size M instead of XS that I had made order. Since no free return option I can do only open dispute for patrail refund back because I dnt want to loose money on shipping fee on top. The deess was 16$ I dispute 13$ I won the case

After few days the 4 dresses has arrived . I got only 2 correct dresses. the other 2 dresses make me upset. Because one dress it have same problem with the dress above exactly. It huge like giant. Another dress is compleatly differnce style what I have made an order at all. I went to check out the dress page the store just updated that unavailable item but store never ever contact me at all. So I need to choose which dress I need to open dispute because I just open dispute last few days ago with same store I was scared alie will block my acc. Evn tho I have an evidence and in past 2 yrs diamond status I open less than 5 cases . So I choose to open the differnce style dress in patrial refund again and throw other giant dress in gabage loosing 16$ for dishonest shop.

I have been waiting last 2 dresses from them from 25th Sept to 10 Oct since the trackking was upload but the chinapost system data report as invalid tracking number. I open dispute on 10 Oct and wrote to seller how come she cheat on me 4 orders in a rolls because I never had problem with her before always took photo when the dress has no review and 5 stars feed back all times for her. She read but no replied . On 14tb Oct just before dispute expire 24 hours she shipped the package to post office with same tracking number. The post office data said at 16pm shipper drop the package. And upload eveidence that she has shipped now and no refund.

I point out to Alie that store upload tracking since 25th Sept but never shipped until I open dispute and before 24 hrs expire just shipped it. Normally if the store not sent buy time frame the order will be cancel i will get money back anyway but this store upload fake tracking to prevent failed ship and never shipped 25 days past that dishonest I point out this to Alie judge team and also upload evidence that 3 last orders how much I been cheat on the stores.

Alie team say since the store already shipped I have to wait more 10 days but I had this similar case before finally I have to wait till 90 days until protection buyer expire. So Which mean this case i have to wait till 24th dec or until i recived package and turn out the goods its diffence but I wont get full refund just patrail If I dont send back

Its unfair and worse experince ever. Till now store has never contact me to apologize and give me reasons why scam me for all of my orders in last Sept. Store has 95.9%rating and more than 120000 follower

In past years there services were doning great but recently they try to judge in sellers favor even if you provide solid evidence!
And in case won there judgement they simply force you to pay for return.
Recently I bought a kids watch and waited 3months till the protection time ended nothing delivered..so I opened a dispute to refund but they refused the case and asked me to wait few more days and they closed the dispute and after 2-3 days I surprisingly got a message that my item received at my local post office.. I picked it up to found it faulty not working. I backed to AliExpress and asked them for help but they refuse to refund because the order closed!!

I ordered a waterproof shoes cover 31th May, in web mentioned that delivery time is after 20 day by aliexpress no seller. After 37 days on 6th July when i didn't recieved it, i canceled my order and request for my refund because i wanted leave the country of leaving. But i didn't recieve any reply for my refund. On 30th August received an email that your package is in the post office. AliExpress delivered my package after 90 days instead of 20 days!!!! What would the benefit for me when i'm not on that destination to collect i requested for my refund 6th july but aliexpress isn't trustworthy and safe path for internet shopping. I will reveal my experience in google for another shoppers.

Heb al 8 bestellingen gedaan en zijn binnen 2 weken toegekomen. Super service. Had een vraag en is na 5min beantwoord en heeft me geholpen. De track and trace is correct. En de kwaliteit is goed. Prijzen zijn ook goed. Uitstekend ben zeer tevreden over de site.

More than 3months i didn't receive the item, i complained to customer service ..but no one answered me ..i didn't even get my refund . SO BAD ...Tracking number LZ120182044CN

I tried the website first with product that cost 20$ and it was perfect then i ordered a product with 300$ from a seller has a high feedback and high rating then my struggle began, one month without any tracking information and the seller did not reply my messages although he read it every time, then after I opened a refund request the site refunded me after 7 days.
It is just a matter of luck but at the end they will refund you but after you spend all your days checking your order .

mostly you get the stuff you buy BUT if you don't you can wave goodbye to your money aswell f**king BS site

I purched a product thru these people $90.US that was the last i saw of the money or the product i have tried to email them at least 20 times to no avail

Used to be excellent in the past. But started to work with weird shippers who deliver orders to totally different city for pick up and than they retrieve the goods back to them. AE is constantly refusing to refund lost money, their customer support is non-existing (just the stupid chatbot). Be careful when placing the orders now as you may loose your money with no support from AE. This happend several times to me already (and spent lot of time trying to sort it up - no outcome).

aliexpress supports scams for the last period! I ordered high reflective films for growing and I received Emergency Blankets. I opened a dispute, I sent them pictures and videos, and they still supported a seller that sent me something else from what I ordered. Last time I use aliexpress. I suggest changing to aliScam

Very good prices but with covid now the delivery time takes very long.

This is The WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER SHOPPED ITS WORSE THAN WISH!! I ordered alot of stuf like about 10 items it's been about 6 months of waiting and 2 of The items came and one of them was broken! Never shopping there again. F#ck you aliexpress.

I like the site and service, but something was wrong with the address label. Because Alieexpress sends formally as letters and not as packages your goods will be returned without notification
