I had my first surgery in Australia by a different surgeon who had left my muscles cut open and also my breasts had become deformed and for 12 years i lived in pain and i was forever hiding my breasts. I travelled all the way across the world to Istanbul Turkey to meet Dr Ali in 2024 and i had a chest reconstruction and and uplift and my implants replaced. The before and after was amazing. Dr Ali also had sewed my muscles back together after negligence from the Australian doctor after 12 years living with this, also i was unaware of the depths of my breasts issues and cut muscles until visiting Dr Ali sat me down aftersurgery took place and told me what he had found and fixed for me. I am so happy that i took the brave move to travel overseas to meet Dr Ali and have my chest reconstruction done with him and his team.

Dr. Ali is nothing but amazing! So Professional and helpful before and after the procedure! Will make you feel comfortable with his excellent communication. I’ve got the results I could’ve only ever dreamt of, I am so happy I chose dr Ali as my surgeon and would definetly recommend!

I visited Dr. Ali with a specific and complicated case due to two unsuccessful rhinoplasties, and I also wanted to make some corrections to my eyelids, which I planned at the last minute. Dr. Ali provided the best solutions and was able to perform the upper eyelid surgery, even though we hadn't previously discussed it during our consultations. He is very kind, understanding, and offers the best advice. My nose looks perfect! And he is always responding all the questions as well after the surgery. I had rhinoplasty with Dr Ali on 21st January 2025 booked through Comfort Zones, My nose was previously fractured & had a deformity a major insecurity of mine.

On arrival to the hospital I was checked in efficiently & professional, the hospital is spotless. Dr Ali then came to visit me for a consultation, during my consultation I explain what I didn’t want and what I did want to achieve along side showing him

From waking up after my surgery I could breath instantly which was a shock as I was expecting to be in discomfort, at no point was I ever in pain and my bruising & swelling was barely nothing.

I am now nearly 4 months post op and I could not be happier, my nose changes weekly. Dr Ali has gone out his way to check in on me on my healing process which no other surgeons I know do! He has delivered beyond my expectations and I am happier than ever! I would highly recommend Dr Ali to anyone considering rhinoplasty and anyone who has deformities he is a highly skilled and basically a miracle worker!

I cannot recommend Dr Ali enough, i was so scared for my first surgery he made me feel so comfortable and safe. June last year I had a mummy makeover with him. I had high expectations in my head and he completely blew it out of the water. It was better than I could have hoped for. Not only was the surgery exactly what I wanted but I cannot fault his aftercare at all. For months post op he was messaging me asking me how I was it I was happy with my results ect. I have to give a big compliment to my surgeon, Dr. Ali. I went to see him for the first time last year for a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation - what can I say? I am very happy with the result, even though my nose was a challenge, he still managed to conjure up a new nose for me that suits my face. This year in March I had a tummy tuck, liposuction and BBL, and I still have to be patient until I can see the final result. I am sure that I will be happy with the result again because this surgeon always gives his best, is very friendly and tries to offer the best possible result. The surgery went great. I was a little nervous before the surgery because of what I had heard from people around me, but it was the most comfortable surgery experience I have ever had.
I had no pain after the surgery, the pills I had to use afterwards made me feel very comfortable. There is no trace left from the stitches on my nose and I am so happy about that🥰

Had my first ever surgery, at the first I was so nervous what would happen. From first appointment I felt so much better about my surgery. I can’t fault any part of my experience with Dr Ali. I booked him for breast revision/secondary uplift surgery as I’d spoken to several women who had been to him in recent months and his results were what I was looking for. From the moment I met Ali I was at ease, he listened to me and I didn’t feel rushed at all. There is no language barrier, he understood exactly what I wanted. I had previous surgery in turkey where I was rushed, left for days in a hotel with no check up and then rushed back to my home country. With Dr Ali I was taken care of from start to finish. The nurses who accompany him in the hospital are also fantastic and provide a high level of care.

After 8 months I’m still really happy, the scars are small and I had no complications at all. I’ve since stayed in contact with Dr Ali and would return to him if I decide to have any further cosmetic work.

I went to the doctor last year. I had a tummy tuck and a bbl done. I'm sooo happy with the results and would recommend it to anyone. The consultation before, during, and after was always excellent. All questions were addressed and answered without being pushy. I wholeheartedly recommend the doctor and look forward to my next surgery.
