"Casillas heeft mij geholpen". Was even een klein probleempje omdat er over en weer wat misverstanden waren, maar uiteindelijk is het naar tevredenheid opgelost en wordt het ten onrechte in rekening gebrachte bedrag netjes terug gestort.

My account was updated to a upper level and they deducted it from my account. I asked for a refund. They approved it and issue was addressed by Nela. They told me that they refund it within 5-7 days.

I made a payment for what was clearly advertised as a Coca-Cola bar fridge for people who are turning 54 this year, but instead I was enrolled in a completely unrelated membership without my knowledge or consent. This is false advertising and a clear violation of consumer protection rights.I demand that you cancel the membership immediately and issue a full refund.

The company is exceptionally doing well in terms of customer service.

I stopped my subscription, they helped me without questioning and refunded me without any problems. Very good service, thank you
