Response time is good, but their pricing policy is shady at best. Initial quote for a golf cart and a small suv were $575 and $750.

The DAY BEFORE agreed upon pickup, pricing went up to $1,000 each.

I was flying in to FL from AZ to ship the vehicles, so was basically stuck.

Drivers arrived as expected, and both vehicles were picked up. The day before delivery, the drivers indicated we needed to reach out to the Broker to obtain the Release Paperwork. When I made contact, they indicated there was an additional $200 Broker fee for the golf cart and another $350 Broker Fee for the SUV.

When I questioned this, they directed me to the paperwork I signed, and the fees are BURIED in the fine print. Never mentioned in any of the "Total Cost" quotes via email, even the one where I asked them to confirm the full details of cost and transit times.

Bottom line: They ARE NOT less expensive than the other guys. Ultimately, I probably paid about the same as I would have somewhere else, but the way they hide the Broker Fee in fine print is Shady at Best....

absolute scammers. signed a contract and delivery driver requested more $ and I was not told of a price change but was told that I would get credit on other shipment that I had also already paid a deposit on. then after paying the first driver an additional $150, my second signed quote went from $470 to $1150.00 and they refused to refund me claiming there is a $200 cancellation fee f i cancel even when THEY CHANGED THE PRICE BY 3X. Then tried to get me to send gas money???? Deff DO NOT USE THESE GUYS AND ESPECIALLY MARK!!!! asked for manager and he was just the same con artist as MARK.

I need an urgent vehicle delivery from Lakeland, Sam was very responsive and quick to keep me updated. They successfully delivered my vehicle and can't be more happy by the service.

All About Freights told me that a driver would pick up my car in Oakland California and deliver it to Henderson NV on August 17, 2025. I should have been wary because All About Freights quoted me a low delivery price. All About Freights told me to send $50 to the driver named Yurii Shved. The driver Yurii Shved never showed up and when I requested a refund of my $50 i was told that it would be coming in 3 business days. Today is September 4, 2025 and after numerous call requesting my refund I haven't received anything. One All About Freights person rudely hung up on me when I insisted on a refund.

Avoid this company at all costs. They quoted me $600, then jacked it up to $1,000 once they had my car. I was essentially extorted — they made it clear I wouldn’t get my car delivered unless I paid. Completely unethical.

Sam is hard-working and persistent in getting me a very reasonable price.

Great service and fast delivery

Was a bit more expensive than my initial quote due to weather, but my broker workers with me to ensure I got my vehicle.

I needed to ship my car from Wyoming to LA. All About Freights not only gave me the best quote, my agent, Mark, worked with me from start to finish, keeping me informed of my car’s progress.
