After waiting six weeks for my European linen king sheet set. It arrived with the label "made in PRC" on it. I received one fitted sheet, two king pillowcases, NO flat sheet. I'll be returning and demanding refund.

I ordered a queen set and got 1 fitted sheet and 2 pillowcases and a bag for $167. Thei website specified 1 flat 1 fitted and 2 pillowcases. Reached out and they said the bag replaced the flat sheet in their new set. I asked how much a flat sheet would be and they sent me back to their website. $125. No way. I told them i wanted a refund and would return them. They finally got back to me stating there was no substation in my area to return them to, so they would refund me minus the $10 restocking fee, and said to keep or throw away the sheets (why the restocking fee then?). I am awaiting my refund as they said it could take up to 10 days. Also took over 6 weeks to arrive, the tag states made in peoples republic of China and the material is definitely not flax. Stay away from this company. Spam.

Chinese crap. Just don’t. They won’t let me return them. 60 day sleep guarantee my ass.

I ordered some sheets from you clowns on June 15. its July 11 and I never got sheets or an email from these people. NO way in hell will I ever order something from Allaura.

To over a month to receive. Came from China. No tags on the sheets which is against the law her in the US. Not linen by any means or even cotton. So thin you can see through them. I can’t believe they haven’t been investigated as an internet scam company.

Fake linen.

Terrible company. Ordered early May a SET of sheets. Received early JULY one bottom sheet. Got "customer service" response saying they meant one sheet when they advertised "A SET." Horrible, slow, repetitive responses to my many emails asking for refund, then having to wait ludicrous time for delivery of bad product missing one sheet. They actually offered to sell a top sheet separately, as a special favor.

The sheets that I received 45 days after purchase you can see through. I paid 214.00 for garbage. Contacted them for a full refund. They determined that since I washed them I was only to received half.
On website 30 days to wash, use and sleep on. If not satisfied free returns.
I am sorry I just want my money back.

I wish I would’ve researched the linen sheets before buying. They took a month to arrive, no tags on them that says made of linen only made in republic of china. Did the water test on them and they didn’t absorb like linen should. Tried to sleep with them and they were HOT. Can’t return them because they are outside of the return “purchase “ date. SCAM, FRAUD, ILLEGALLY TAGGED.

5 weeks of bullshit emails lies and delays sweet talk bit no results and still no refund!? It's a scam it's a disgrace!

Received my sheets today...nearly a month after ordering and paying. "European linen?" Pure bulls**t! The product is made in the People's Republic of China. The manufacturer's tag on the sheet does not even identify what the fabric is (violation of law, by the way) but I can assure you that it is zero % flax/linen. Might possibly be bamboo but more likely is pure polyester. There was a paper tag added to the plastic bag for the sheets which states that the fabric is "100% European Flax Linen"....I know what flax feels and looks like....it is definitely not flax. So you end up paying $120 for a set of sheets that should sell for $20 at the dollar store. Buyer beware!

A couple of months ago I ordered 2 sets of sheets to gift, believing on what ALLAURA advertises the material to be European Linen. I wasn't aware until a few days ago, when the person I gifted them to mentioned that the material was not even listed on the product label and that the sheets look more like polyester made.
What are they really made off and where? The label says made in the PRC. I'm assuming that stands for People's Republic of China, obviously that's not in Europe.
The finish of the sheets is also very cheap for the price I paid for them.
I've requested a full refund due to the false advertising. Also, I offered to return them because that's not what I paid for:"Real European LINEN. The whole business is a SCAM.
ALLAURA hasn't contacted me yet.

UPDATE (07/05/26): ALLAURA contacted me. Issued a full refund.

This company falsely advertise European Linen Sheets. I ordered in May so it's the end of June and I have asked for all my money refunded since the merchandise has not been received and reviewers report the sheets are Not Linen and cheap product they can't get refunds. Chinese company not European.

Lie from the beginning. Chinese garbage masquerading as a US bedding manufacturer using European linen producing quality sheets. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Chinese company with a drop box in NJ for marketing purposes only. Trash throughout. Very displeased. US govt should shut these frauds down.

The 1st order went well but I ordered again-(over $600) and not only did I not receive it but after trying to communicate with Allaura via text, email and phone several times I got zero response from them. So I will not be ordering from this company again and I do NOT recommend anyone to do so. You'll have to fight for your money back-not worth it.

I was told my sheets arrived and were delivered.
I received nothing. My security cameras saw no one delivering.
I feel so ripped off.

well, hells bells...I haven't even received my two sets in the mail. Allaura site insists delivery was completed, when that is false! They have no follow-up communication mechanism and I will be going to my bank to seek help. Livid, yes! Would like to wring somebody's neck....don't forget to have a nice day...merde...........

Allaura The sheets are not linen. They are a polyester type fabric. The color is nothing like the photos. These are most likely made in China and the advertising shows they are made in an old generational style. Completely false. The shipping info is from China.
This company has Fraud written all over it. When you go to return for your "FULL" REFUND they charge you for shipping and restocking fees and they must be unused. Even though the ad says 60 days use with full refund!! Go with #Quince which is what i should have done!
