First there is no way this is linen. Secondly, I ordered a set and only received the fitted sheet. I am chalking this up to laziness and stupidity on my part for not researching before hand since the reviews are numerous to know this is not a good company. From what I've read after the fact, this is just a Chinese fraud.

The set I received was missing the top sheet. I asked them and they told me I would need to buy the top sheet separately. Also, the sheets were described as European linen. The sheets are not linen. The label does not say what is is made out of. It does say it is made in the P.R.C. It was shipped from China so that is the only thing that was true. (Label and shipping)

Long wait time - no top sheet. Thin, cheap material. Not happy.

I ordered a set of sheets and received a bottom sheet only with two "free" pillow cases and a "free" linen bag for storage. I have reached out repeatedly to explain I just wanted a set of sheets. Weeks later I have heard nothing.

Same as everyone else. No top sheet. I can use one from another set and am just stuck with them. I just went through a 6 week mess to try and return a product to another Chinese company, Eleven Forest, and am not in the mood to go through it again. I am so tired of these companies and in the next week am also going to delete all my information from Shopify.

I did not receive a flat top sheet with my package. Send the sheet and we'll be fine otherwise I want my money back people. It would appear that you're scamming people. Do better.

What a scam.....I ordered the SET....it was NOT a set. One fitted sheet and 2 FREE pillowcases. I thought they made a mistake....oh no, the mistake was my fault for not reading the fine print....they said.....$89 more to get the King Flat Sheet.....REALLY????? BEWARE......if they don't make this right I will be filing with my credit card company.....

I made the late night mistake of clicking an ad on FB from allaura linen sheet. First it took 5 weeks to receive my sheet. Sheet- “the set” for $119 was a fitted queen size sheet and 2 pillow cases. Oh, and a bag that they came in. The linen is so thin, it feels more like a Cotten linen blend than any flax linen of quality. I did not assume that I needed to read the fine print to find that a set is not a set and it is far too expensive for what you get. I absolutely do not recommend this brand.

Same as all the other reviews. No top sheet, 6 weeks to receive. They have replied 2 times out of my 6 emails concerning how to get a refund and return what I received. Has anyone ever received a refund?

My order was short shipped, missing the top sheet. No response from the seller. It took 6 weeks from time of order to delivery. The quality isn't good either.
Do not buy.

Just got scammed by this company just so sick of this !! No quality or integrity and because they are a lying deceitful Chinese company you only get one fitted polyester sheet with 2 shitty pillow cases with no response to emails
hope their karma gets them feeling ripped off yet again !! Sometimes I think when am I going to learn? Don’t fall for this and don’t give them your money at least if I help just one person to not fall for this scam I will feel a bit better and my dog gets a cheap knock off non linen sheet for a bed cover

A fraudulent Chinese company that will send you eventually after waiting for months nothing close to what you ordered and then they ghosted you when you tried to get them to make it right. Their sheets are most certainly not 100% linen. They do come from China and they will not send you a complete set or the right set for your bed. And then when you complain to them, they ghost you.

No tracking, no phone number, no physical address. No product after 4 weeks. Total scam. Live and learn.

Buyer beware. A set does NOT include a top sheet. It took almost two months to receive my sheets. The advertisements make you believe the sheets are being made in traditional ways. If by traditional you mean in a factory in China. Its questionable if I will keep these sheets.

This is pure scam. Not only took forever to get the product, but it was far from being linen. Color was wrong. Horrible quality. Their customer service email bounces back. Absolutely no one to talk to about this and request a refund. For sure COYUCHI sheets are worth their value. They have stores where you can actually check their superb quality. Makes you wonder if buying is safe anymore.

Another scam company. came from China after 2 months of waiting. Poor quality. ordered a queen set, received 1 pillowcase and 1 fitted sheet only. states they have a return policy but no information on how to procede with it. do research on a company before you order that offers no street address or phone numbers. I should have.

Utter crap product. The company is a fraud. Stay away!!

Deceptive advertising a set consist of a bottom sheet, two pillowcases and a sleeve for bothreturn policy is a joke they want all of the original tags proof of purchase and the things must be unused in perfect condition. How in the world can you determine whether you like the sheets if you don’t try them.

my first order included a top sheet. second arrived without it. paid the same for less.
reading the reviews i found it is made in RPC. I purchased it in the believe that was made in Europe. I don't buy anything from China. I do not trust their quality. lots of scam.
