We did not receive straws with the water bottles we ordered. The bottles themselves look great with our branding.

We had to return a couple hundred…

We had to return a couple hundred speakers because the print was completely illegible. They did accept the return, but the fact that they thought this was acceptable is proof they do not have quality control.

Company shipped to wrong address

Company shipped to wrong address

Kept telling me they would reach out to see about rerouting. Never heard back from them. Blamed it on power outage first, then just ignored me.

However, please note that during the order placement, we do have separate fields for both the billing and shipping addresses to accommodate such situations.

Despite the discrepancy in the addresses, our customer service team made every effort to coordinate with our logistics department in order to request a change in the shipping address. Regrettably, due to the timing of your request, the shipment had already left our warehouse, and we were unable to make any modifications to the delivery address.

We understand the frustration you must have felt when our team initially attributed the delay to a power outage and then failed to provide further updates. We apologize for any confusion caused by the initial response and any subsequent lack of communication. The sample pen I requested didn't work

The sample pen I requested didn't work. I reached out to customer service to request a new one in time for my project presentation and haven't heard anything back yet. Very disappointing as I was excited for this design but can not risk ordering thousands to give away for them to not work!

Appalling customer service

A standard duffel bag (no logo) ordered on Dec 22nd was not shipped until Jan 18th, only after me repeatedly chasing the order. It never arrived. I notified Allbranded whose only response was "talk to the shipping agent". I have asked twice for a call from a manager - no response whatsoever. They have my money and I have no product. I was going to order 70 bags for an event, but no way would I trust this company with that amount of money. Appalling customer service.

Thank you for your review. All feedback is important to us, and we’re sorry to hear you’ve had such a frustrating experience.

Unfortunately, we were informed last-minute that our supplier was not taking any more orders over the holidays and that they would ship all orders after this date only in January. Of course, things did not work well here, and we deeply regret to have caused disappointment.

As for the shipping, please understand that, as a marketplace, we only have limited control here. We kindly advised you to call UPS as they are usually the quickest to give you all the necessary shipping information.

Yet, our customer service has investigated this issue thoroughly to assist you further. Unfortunately, our shipping partner was unable to proceed with the order as the address we received upon ordering was incomplete.

We understand that you prefer to cancel the order after these issues. However, you may rest assured that we continuously work to improve our service further and that we will handle this case as a learning opportunity. If you decide to give us another chance in the future, we will prove that we can do way better than this.

Worst experience in my 12 years…

Worst experience in my 12 years experience. Took 2 months to get product despite dozens of phone calls and emails. Print quality was horrible and crooked. 30% blankets had to be re-done and were not delivered on time for event. Its impossible to get anyone on the phone and it took 2-5 days to get email responses. Beware!!

Priscilla is awesome

Priscilla is awesome, kind, and a joy to speak with on the phone!!

Unfortunately my company decided to hold off on the order for now, but looking forward to working with her in the near future when we are ready to place the order.

These bags look great, and I can't wait to order them for our locations!!! :) :) :) 5*!!!!

Beyond stellar.

So far, I give them a 5 star and an added smiley face! I haven't received their products as yet, but their customer service in placing the order was nothing short of stellar. Our delivery time is quite tight, so we will see how that goes.
