My order was not fulfilled on the promised date so I contacted through their chat .Then I was promisedrib eyes in lieu of rib roast in original order because Allen Brothers had run out of my “confirm” order, to be delivered the following week. Nothing came, so I contacted again and was promised delivery the next week. Nothing came. The agent apologized but could not say when my order might be shipped. I should pay hundreds for such service?

This once great company is now a sham. Check other review sites. A week before Thanksgiving I ordered and paid $750 for a Wellington roast and 8 lobster tails for delivery on 23 December. The roast arrived on 24 December and the pastry had visible cracks. No lobster tails. All calls to customer service went to voicemail. Emails said the tails were included but the invoice in the box was ripped in half and only showed the steaks. The box looked homemade. Never again.

The lamb pops are so great. Have them each year for our New Years Eve party on the BBQ.

It helps that Allen Brothers offers frequent deals and discounts to offset the cost, and making the top-quality products a bargain. It's great to see a long-established purveyor maintain their reputation as a stand-out reliable source, and enable individuals to obtain prime meats that the finest restaurants have counted on for decades.
