I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible gift of freedom I have received through your program. After 35 long years of smoking, I am finally free — and it feels like a miracle.

What made this journey especially powerful for me was listening to the six video sessions presented by Mr. Damian O’Hara. His warm British voice, his clarity, and his genuine passion truly touched my heart and guided me every step of the way. It felt as though he was speaking directly to me, encouraging me, and helping me see the truth about smoking.

I am writing to you from Iran, and I want you to know that your message of hope and freedom crosses every border, every culture, and every language. You are not just helping people quit smoking — you are giving us back our lives, our health, and our happiness.

Please convey my heartfelt thanks to Mr. O’Hara. His words will stay with me forever, and I will always remember this as one of the most meaningful changes in my life.

I was super hopeful about reading the "how to quit vaping" book. I'm a dual vaper/smoker- so I thought the vaping book would cover all bases.

First of all, he kept referring to the "easyway method" throughout the entire book. It was like he was trying to promote the book I already bought. I kept waiting for "the method" section of the book. Out of an almost 300 page book, there was about 5 pages describing the 'method'. The method is basically "instead of being frustrated you can't have a vape, be happy you quit". That's it, that's the method. It also told you you need to kill the "big monster" (mental addiction)- but doesn't tell you how to do this. Unless I missed a couple of chapters which I definitely didn't..

The book does go into detail about the brainwashing we were subjected to our entire lives, and it breaks down this brainwashing. It also mentions that because nicotine gives you nothing, you won't miss it. "With the easyway method you won't miss nicotine and you won't need willpower".

Unfortunately I'm just finding it to be completely untrue. There IS NO METHOD. Unless I missed something. The method is "it doesn't do anythint for you so you don't want it".

I haven't vaped since reading the book but I have smoked. I'm going to re read the book again, and give it another go. If it works the 2nd time round I'll change my review. But I feel duped as the book had a whole lotta nothing other than "the easyway method will work for you" and then doesn't actually give you a method to go by, other than what I mentioned above.

I was so so sceptical, you wouldn't believe, but being a smoker for over 20 years, with multiple failed attempts to quit, I still forced myself to the webinar. The next day after the webinar, I kept gorgetting that I smoked (or wanted a cigarette). Today is 38 days since I am a happy non-smoker. If you try it and fail, you lose nothing really, but oh my word, how much you gain if you do the webinar!

I have given up so many times in the past and started again, but this time, with this stop smoking seminar and support, I have properly stopped. No desire to start again and I’ve spent plenty of time in the last year around people smoking, and I have not once been tempted. It’s been a life changer. I am very grateful that Dorset Health are funding this for residents. Money well spent .

I had smoked for 30 years + then changed to vaping and did this for 8 years. I really didn't think this would work but I am 6 months in and feel great and the strange thing is I feel like I have been a non smoker my whole life 😁 I am so thankful to Easy way and so are my family .

I paid my fee for a seminar but read the book before hand. Feeling confident of my progress I postponed my seminar. Several months later I decided to do the course and was told 'it's been too long since your paid, you'll have to pay again'. They've got £341 of my money and I've received nothing in return. Shameful way to do business.

It works!
I’d been a smoker for over 40 years with numerous attempts at stopping and staying stopped.
I found the one day seminar covered all the bases and something just clicked in my head and thats it - Im all finished with smoking.

I'd like to just take the time to say how amazing and life changing this experience has been. I had smoked for over half my life, with umpteen thousand attempts to stop. Nothing has worked. I've always reverted back to old habits.
But despite my scepticism, I feel entirely transformed. I feel this process has helped me in so many ways as a side effect of no longer being a smoker.
So I would like to pass on my sincerest thanks and appreciation to everyone. I will be forever grateful.

I am so grateful to have come across Allen Carr's Easyway - I had no idea that it would work, but it did. I am still a former smoker. This month will be 1 year - for the first time in my life.
It is such an amazing program. Going where others have declined to try or failed in disrupting big tobacco, one seminar at a time. This really has the capacity to help so many individuals make lasting change.

I had an in person seminar which seemed to work for just over a month until I had a stressful life event and I started again.
I was offered a top up online session but I continued smoking almost immediately. I would have given up on the program if my family hadn't encouraged me to give it one more try. Allen Carr's easyway kept contacting me and I agreed to a second online seminar. I didn't think it would work but not only have I not smoked since then, I also haven't craved smoking. It's been over a month now and I'm feeling great about it. Long may it continue.

I have finally given up smoking , I went to a seminar, I was pretty skeptical, I used to smoke between 20 and 60 a day, now I don't smoke at all, and I don't want or need tobacco in my life anymore, that version of me no longer exists, it really works, but you have to actually want to stop ! This is my second review for Allen Carr after having stopped smoking previously!
I really struggled for a long time with my eating. It was something that I tried to brush under the carpet, but it really did get me down and I just felt so bad about myself.
When I went along to an Allen Carr virtual seminar a while back it completely transformed my life.
I was quite nervous to be part of a group setting as I'm naturally shy and introverted, but I was greeted by a very warm smile and instantly made to feel at ease. The therapist on the day was lovely, bubbly and clearly very knowledgable. The day went a lot quicker than I thought it would and when we finished at the end I knew I was finally free.
I can't quite believe how well I've done since and couldn't recommend this method enough.
As a follow on, I've stopped drinking too. I'm so much happier without alcohol and sugar in my life.

I quit smoking many years ago thanks to an in person seminar and would recommend that to anyone smoking.
However, I tried the 'emotional eating' programme in October and it sort of worked very briefly but then completely stopped working. With the smoking course they will offer you another session (or at least did when I took it) if it stops working. I reached out querying what they could do for me with the online video. They offered a mere 20% discount. I think that is an insult. They're pre recorded videos so it would have cost them nothing to give me access again or at least to very heavily discount it. I am really unimpressed it has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will no longer be recommending the service to others.

I'm getting extremely annoyed at there service.
I think it is only right, after repeatedly asking for contact to stop, that the public are aware of the harassment you will recieve after the seminar.
It has been 3-4 months since the seminar and they are still ringing every other day. Also, you will recieve texts and emails every week, multiple! And after asking for them to stop and they haven't I'm classing this as harassment.

Absolute nuisance from the start! Beware.

I am sat here looking at the review box deciding what to write. My struggle is that I cannot find the words to describe how elated I am. What words do you use about Allen Carr and a team of people who have carried on his work. What possible worded review do you leave to this.
They have literally added years to my life, it's priceless and impossible to thank
with just words.

I struggle with my weight all my life constantly dieting. Your easy way method has set me free and the lbs are falling off.
Also I stopped smoking 09/09/2018 never touched once since . The FREEDOM is incredible. I wish everyone the success I've had. Life is good

Unfortunately it didn’t work for me, it works for a while and then I revert to smoking again, I had two follow up sessions and the last was not as effective as the previous where I stopped for a month. Unfortunately due to the 90 day policy they won’t help anymore and then cut you off, then it’s constant texting and emails which makes it even harder despite asking them to stop. Not the best experience!

Making me angry seeing the reviews saying this doesn't work. I gave up drinking g using this method 6 years ago (never wanted a drink since) and now I've given up smoking through it too. Admittedly it did take 2 back up sessions to actually work. I think this is due to me not actually wanting to give up, just wanting to be a non smoker. Once you take it all in it makes it so easy. I started smoking 3 months before my 14th birthday (1984) I stopped smoking Feb 17 2025 with this book. 40 1/2 years I smoked, thinking I'll be doing this till the day I die. A year ago a co-worker mentioned this book and she had it, her and her boyfriend were going to read it and then let me. Well that did not happen, they never did read it (which baffles me) so I bought one this year (Feb. 2025). It does sound weird that a book helped me stop smoking but it works!!! It doesn't matter how much you smoke, it all stems from the same place...our mind. There is NO set backs, NO cravings, NO weight gain and NO cranky pants either.
I'm not kidding when I say that this book does work. If you want to quit with NO willpower, then listen/read this book and you will be happier...I am.

I also listened to his "Stop Drinking with no will power" book too and THAT worked as well, I just finished listening to it last week and the same thing happened with the stop smoking book...I no longer drink! You will not regret getting these books. What are you waiting for? Best of luck to everyone!

Meine ehrliche Erfahrung mit dem Allen-Carr-Seminar (Hamburg, 16.03.2025)

Ich habe das Seminar besucht, weil ich meine 40-jährige Nikotinsucht beenden wollte. Noch am selben Tag kam meine Mutter in die Notaufnahme – meine rauchfreie Zeit endete nach 6 Stunden.

Der endgültige Rauchstopp gelang mir erst am 27. April, aus eigener Entscheidung und Motivation durch meinen Mann, der 10 Tage vorher aufgehört hatte. Der Entzug war extrem: massive Unruhe, Schlafstörungen, depressive Schübe, Suchtdruck, körperliche Symptome. Im Seminar hieß es: nur 5 % körperlich, der Rest psychisch und „leicht zu überwinden“. Das traf auf mich nicht zu.

Mir fehlten praktische Werkzeuge. Suchtdruck wurde verneint, obwohl er real war. Mein Hinweis, dass Allen Carr selbst durch Hypnose aufgehört habe (laut BBC/Guardian), wurde im Seminar abgetan – das wirkte unehrlich.

Die Stimmung am Ende war nicht befreit, sondern angespannt. Viele sagten „Viel Glück“ – nicht „Glückwunsch“. Ich bin rauchfrei – aber nicht wegen, sondern trotz des Seminars. Ich wünsche mir für andere mehr Ehrlichkeit und Tiefe.

Habe das Präsenzseminar in Regensburg besucht. Orga war top und es herrschte eine schöne und lockere Atmosphäre. Der Kursleiter war super empathisch und hat die Inhalte deutlich und verständlich vermittelt.

Was soll ich sagen? Bei mir hat es geklappt und ich bin seit dem Seminar ein !!glücklicher!! Nichtraucher.

Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen - geht da hin, ihr habt nichts zu verlieren, aber so viel zu gewinnen :)
