I’m Karthik from India. Allen Carr’s Easyway is the effective intelligent Easy method to overcome addiction like Smoking, Alcohol and other Drugs. As someone who smoked regularly for 9 years I took cigarettes to mean a lot more than they actually do. I thought of them as my friend who is always there for me and something that tasted great in my mouth and made my meals better. Never did I think of quitting. I overheard a conversation about Allen Carr’s easy way to quit smoking and thought I’d give it a read for anytime in the distant future when I’d be pregnant and ready to quit (yes such was my mindset).
One morning after a few weeks of getting the book on my kindle I read it only because I was bored and didn’t really wanna smoke. The moment I started reading it until today I haven’t touched a cigarette (it’s been 3 weeks) I have never felt better about myself. That’s why this book is so great. Allen’s writing is so relatable, you can tell it’s written from honest experience. I fell in love with the book and I will recommend this to anyone who smokes or has any other addictions!
