Really professional company. Really easy website to navigate and the products were exactly as described online. The delivery drivers were very respectful when calling as they were a bit lost at the venue and followed instructions perfectly. We had an amazing customer support experience with Anezia, who was able to change the delivery date with ease when I accidentally put the wrong day. Very quick and easy would definitely recommend this company for weddings and other events!

Shaun and the team at Allens really came through for us when the venue for a large event we were catering experienced an issue with its ovens. Despite the setback, Shaun arranged for replacement ovens to be delivered to the venue within 30 minutes, enabling us to continue operating and deliver our service on time.

We required fan asstted hot cabinets at the very last minute for an event we were running. Our other supplier had let us down. Shaun was brilliant offering us a couple of choices and in the end we went for the fan assisted cabinets. This was in the afternoon the day before the event. We agreed a price and Shaun clled me well after office time. I paid and the cabinets we were us 08.30 the next morning. That's what I call service. Many thanks

I booked my order online. It was a Clockwork delivery and pick up of the dining room chairs I rented, very happy with the service. I will use Allen’s catering again.
