Working with Emily Presa was an absolute pleasure. She is an excellent professional who also sincerely cares for the persons she is interacting with. Part of her professionalism is that she is very quick to respond to email correspondences and phone calls. If possible, I would give her a higher rating than 5 stars.

Owen was very helpful and well spoken he helped me being a young 23 year old who is uneducated in tax industry understand the importance and process that Aliviate tax could do for me and helped me start resolving my tax debt with the IRS immediately!

First of all let me say when you're in this type of situation it causes so many issues. It affects your life each and every day. You try to live your life , maybe, pretending that it doesn't exist. You live in fear. You live in shame. It affects your health , your relationships, you are afraid to check your mailbox, fear at work . So I googled help. Alleviate was voted top in their field for 2026. I had a young man contact me named TREVOR LOFGREN, by text within minutes. We set up a call for the following morning . I was anxious.....I was scared.....no sleep . I was on pins and needles x 100. TREVOR was first of all kind. He was empathetic. He listened, but most importantly he heard me. This is not something you can just talk about openly. You're living with this terrible secret that weighs on you every day. I felt as if TREVOR held my hand although he was miles away from me. He cared , he understood, and he felt my pain. If you find yourself in a situation similar to mine. Don't think twice , don't be embarrassed or ashamed , don't think you're alone. Please, see my review and get help for what you're facing. TREVOR LOFGREN can be your lighthouse in the darkest sea. He will throw you a rope and save you from drowning in a sea of shame , guilt, and dread.

It took a while, but the outcome was great.

I have been working with Jack. This has been a great experience and I have really appreciated the time and effort spent explaining the process and his ability to calm my anxiety about my situation. I am excited to get this process going and finally get rid of this weight and guilt I have been feeling.

They robbed me blindly of $4200 and did not help me but at first after they took all my info said they can help me. They made me pay $600 up front then made me take a loan out for $5600 with this financial company that I had to pay $185 mthly. At the end the only final decision was to pay irs a higher monthly payment $350 than my original payment plan of $250 that I had with the IRS. IRS minimum payment was $330 but they give me a break to pay $250. Then the financial loan another $185 a month so my monthly payment would be $535 total. They are a big joke. Karina was no help it was like talking to a robot. IRS didn’t even reduce any amounts I ended up owing irs more now than before hiring them, because I was told by them I didn’t need to pay anything since they will be working on my case and so interested was accrued. They will rob you blindly and just take your money. I tried to get some of my money back but was told no I even thought of taking them to small claims court which I should, they should be reported to bbb for taking advantage of me, knowing I am single senior citizen 69 years old and retired living on a fixed income. I still have to pay a mortgage and all my bills on my own.

Emily was very kind and helpful the whole way. Made very comfortable.

I was totally disasstified about the help I got, I paid 495.00 from my social security disability and they offered me a monthly payment plan for 685.00 a month what a joke. I explained how I ended up with my tax problems and they only cared about taking my 495.00 and kept hounding me,than they tried to get 195.00 as a discount. They also did a hard credit score check and now my credit score has freaking gone down as I'm trying to get my credit score back to a decent standing!I'm going to say Manny was not helpful seemed to just want more money and all I can say is what a joke!!!

Saray couldn't have reached out at a better time. 🙏 I was on a emotional rollercoaster ride with my delinquent taxes, and I wanted off that ride. Saray pulled me off that ride and left my taxes on the rollercoaster. Saray became my favorite savior after that. 🙏 She was so comfortable, easy and

We have been dealing with Maria Sanchez at Alleviate. She has been amazing. She’s been compassionate caring answered all my questions returns my calls and is navigating me through these difficult times my family and I greatly appreciate all she’s done for us. Emily has been such a source of relief through this process. I was so overwhelmed and did not know where to go for help. She continuously followed up with me, answered all of my questions, and helped me through this process. I highly recommend working with her if you are having trouble with your taxes.

After speaking with Alex for nearly two hours and his saying he understands my situation, after all of that he then says for them to take on my case its $495.00 today. Then he says the contract say after they investigate everything then they will work out a payment plan with me. NO matter what I'm paying money out of pocket to get their services. After explaining my financial situations to Alex. This is his text message to me when I hanged up on him. Somehow, we got disconnected!! I told him no I hanged up on you I will work it on my own. Sure, we can make more affordable on your behalf, or sure you can try. And where has that led you through out these years. He also said I just spent 4 hours on the phone with you???All this time writing this review his texting me I told him go look at your review.
