Nous souhaitons préciser que vous avez passé commande sur notre site à deux reprises. De ce fait, il nous semble important de rappeler que si notre boutique était réellement « fake », vous n’auriez probablement pas effectué une deuxième commande.
Nous vous avons bien envoyé les produits commandés ainsi que le numéro de suivi correspondant. Nous vous invitons à vérifier régulièrement l’état de votre colis et à suivre son acheminement, notamment s’il est en cours de livraison ou s’il arrive dans un centre de distribution UPS ou DHL.

Possible scam store
Completely unresponsive customer service. Email, live chat on site, whatsapp... Tried everything. Huge red flag. Be aware, this may not be a safe place to shop at. If nobody is answering customers then who is shipping out products? Seems like a ghost store to me.
They also seem to operate under a different name "elitefillerspro.com" which is not a problem in itself for these kind of stores but it is something to consider before taking the plunge.

The item is a machine that we do not currently keep in stock, as it is shipped directly from the factory. For this reason, before providing you with a final answer, we needed to confirm availability with the manufacturer to ensure that the information we provided was accurate.
During that same week, our team was also on vacation, which caused a slight delay in our response. Once we returned, we followed up with the factory and sent you the requested information, but we did not receive any further communication from you.

Le produit que j’ai reçu n’est pas celui proposé sur le site où il est présenté en français, celui que j’ai reçu est tout écrit en coréen emballage et notice, pas de solvant pour diluer et pas de seringue et aiguilles, il a été expédié d’Amsterdam en ups et pas à mon domicile j’ai dû faire 6 km pour aller le chercher le lendemain dans une boutique fermée le matin, le produit était tiède! C’est sur que l’épicier me l’a gardé bien au chaud! J’ai payé 169€ en tout alors qu’en achetant sur un site coréen il m’aurait coûté 48€! Résultat du produit dans une semaine.

Entendemos su decepción y lamentamos cualquier inconveniente causado. Queremos informarle que, inmediatamente después de realizar el pago, se proporciona el código de envío para que pueda seguir su pedido directamente en la página de UPS, donde el estado del envío se actualiza en tiempo real.
En algunos casos, el repartidor puede no lograr acceder al edificio o a la vivienda y, por ese motivo, el paquete es dejado en un centro de recogida cercano. Esta información suele reflejarse también en la página web de UPS, donde normalmente indican el horario estimado de entrega.
Siempre estamos disponibles para ayudarle a localizar su pedido y resolver cualquier duda. Agradecemos su comprensión y quedamos atentos para asistirla en lo que necesite.
