I liked that it came within the week, however I didnât like the fact that I didnât know when it was coming or how far along in the process it was for delivery. Really good price, but could definitely be improved on the customer service side with the delivery updates, etc.

I have placed my order 29th November. It was mid December and the package wasnât even sent. I ask to please cancel the order. After waiting for a long time because they response delay is very bad, they said that they have cancelled my order and that I was going to receive a refund in a maximum of 15 working days. Well, that was 12 December. We are now on 16th January and still nothing. They are not even responding to my emails. I sincerely cannot believe that Adidas is allowing this to happen, not controlling the people who is representing their brand.

Oh my god so slow!
Oh my god. Ordered over 11 days ago and still waiting for my shipment to arrive. I live in the Netherlands, but only realised they ship everything from Spain till after I ordered. Shipping was expensive but I thought it would be much faster! Their replies to my complaints has been to keep sending the tracking number back to me - yeah I know where it is (stuck in Barcelona somewhere) but when will it arrive!?! Avoid and shop local if you can.
UPDATE: It's now 16 days of waiting for product to arrive. Despite the polite tone of the reply below, there is no sign of any urgency to help a disappointed customer. Now my order is stuck in Germany.

Delay in delivery
Ordered a padel racket on the 29th December and it still hasn't arrived. Ordered on the quotation that it would take 3-7 days so was happy to pay the high delivery fees.
Please can you set expectations for customers as I can see I am not the only one with this type of complaint. Will be using another supplier for future purchases.

A resposta é não! O valor dos impostos e taxas são maiores que o valor do produto e tudo precisa ser pago à vista.
O preço da raquete que comprei, já com o valor do frete ficou em 207 euros, equivalente a 1.301,33 reais.
Quando a raquete chegou, foram cobrados os seguintes impostos e taxas:
834,40 Imposto de Importação
455.74 ICMS
219,00 cobranças administrativa da UPS (empresa que fez o transporte)
9,29 cobrança de armazenagem aeroporto.
Produto custou 1.301,33 reais, enquanto os impostos e taxas custaram 1.518,43 reais.
No meu caso, empresa ainda informou o valor do frete errado, bem acima do que realmente foi pago, o que gerou um imposto maior ainda do que deveria ser (algo em torno de 75 reais de prejuÃzo).
A empresa também deixou de informar que a transportadora contratada para realizar o frete cobraria 219 reais de taxas extras, o que pega o consumidor de surpresa, pois acredita que pagará apenas os impostos, já que o frete já havia sido pago na compra.
Total: 2.819,76
Vários sites brasileiros oferecem a mesma raquete por valores muito próximos (inclusive mais barato) e ainda oferecem parcelamento.

Shocking company
I will never ever use this company again. The customer service is absolutely shocking, you'll be lucky to get a response. Tried emailing, contacting them via WhatsApp, no response from them. Very dissatisfied. Then to top it off, I now have to pay £65 import charges on top of an order already over 200â¬, I might as well just paid more money in the uk! Then to make matters worse, these people use the slowest most cheapest shipping service possible. If you want something within a reasonable timeframe, do not use this company! Lesson learnt, never again.
