This company is ridiculous for a response, i had to jump through hoops and hurdles just to get a response, i had arranged for collection on an item and received the complete wrong item, i contacted 3/4 times and never received a response. i rang multiple times on different days and had absolutely nothing. When i finally got a response (through Whatsapp), i asked for a refund and was completely ignored. I had to contact and ring a ridiculous amount of times for them to try and sort a solution, when they finally arranged (2 weeks) for my item to be picked up, they never let me know when/what courier, i received a random phone call and returned the item to the courier and this company accused me of not returning it. I had to contact the courier just to prove that i had in-fact handed the item back because nobody from AllHair would answer my calls/enquirers. This company is so incompetent and i do not recommend in the slightest. I still have not received my refund and will be contacting my bank.

False advertising. Said on website it's next day delivery if you order before 2pm. I ordered before 2pm yesterday and still no delivery. I'm starting to think it's scam company

Delighted! My order arrived swiftly and well packed. Happy with deal, and I chose DPD delivery at €1 extra to save myself the headache of dealing with fastway - unfortunately. At least DPD will throw it over my wall - while fastway will currently lie and say they tried to deliver. Looking forward to using my shampoo! Highly recommend allhair.ie

I ordered a product from this shop and unfortunately I made the mistake to put the wrong address. The couriers were the worst so I spoke with the costumer service from this shop to seek support and they were the best ever! Kept me updated regarding my order and were so nice that ended up making my day.
