Very poor customer service. I'm waiting almost 4 weeks for a refund & have not received it. I've tried contacting them & have got no response whatsoever!.I also used a tracking number when I returned the items with An Post so I know they have received them. Will continue to try & get contact from them but I will not be using this company again & do not recommend them to others. With them been Irish I wanted to support them but unfortunately the service is just not good enough.
