I loved my experience with Eva Ostapeic, she was genuine, real and one of the best counsellors I've ever had. I will always remember her as a wonderful woman.

I also really loved my experience with Alli Therapy. It was cost effective and great quality. Everything was easily set up and easily accessible.

It is never too late to start.

I didn't realize how powerful it was to just have the ability to talk - worry free, without fear of being judged.

It is going to be a long journey, but I can feel the positive change, session to session, and I honestly feel like the people that work here have cared and put in that extra bit to get you over the hill, regardless of how big that hill might be. Still progress.

If you're on the fence about try it, schedule 2 sessions. I know it will help, it will be hard, but it will help!

First therapist was helpful but I wish there was better hand-off to another therapist when she left. I had one intro with Therapist #2 and never got any follow up from her or Alli afterward.

I consider myself fortunate to have an amazing therapist. I owe a lot of my progress in mental health to her. She is a kind-hearted individual who has helped guide me through my daily struggles, reminding me that what truly matters is my well-being.

Alli was the best decision I ever made. it allowed me to start my mental health revocery journey and take control while freeing me from the binds of the stigma that still constantly influences so many to hide away instead of seeking help. Alli connected me with the best possible match for me and we became an inseparable team at diving into the traumas that have crippled me for so long - some without me even knowing about them. April has rapidly become an integral part of my life and I cannot thank Alli enough for that! experiencing therapy is scary, you have to be vulnerable to someone else and to yourself, but it's SO important and SO worth it. and with Alli's financial support it makes it easier to delve in and stay on top of it all.

Easy platform to navigate, great therapists at an approachable price.

They started off great, but now multiple people including myself have been randomly told their therapist cannot practice with you anymore. No notice, no explanation.
Detrimental way to run a business.

My therapist has been the first therapist after only 4 sessions feel completely safe talking to. I have been able to share with her something I had never shared with anyone in 30 years. I find her to be very kind patient and everything a therapist should be. She has made me feel like I am her only client and I genuinely feel she has my best interest at heart.

I got matched with a therapist that I clicked well with on the first try! The scaled pricing made it feel a lot easier to get started.

My therapist had been honest, consistent and has provided realistic solutions.

It’s hard to find someone to help you and have it not only be covered by your insurance but to also be able to stretch out that valuable time via the flexible rate option. Alli has been integral in helping me get through a very difficult period in my life. I would be lost without Alli and without Nikki. She had been amazing and provided a safe space for me (and continues to do so) when I don’t have anyone else.

I good start to your healing journey

To be honest, I like Alli Therapy because it provides a quick yet optimal experience with therapy, and it is decently well-priced. It gives an individual a series of options for other pricing, and it doesn't make the therapy any less effective. It's just about finding the best therapist that is offered within your budget for your conditions. I also like how convenient it is, as individuals can speak to a therapist online without any hassles of in-person therapy. Especially for an individual like me, who is not particularly strong with in-person therapy, it's a well-budgeted option. And frankly, I owe a lot to Alli Therapy for everything they've done because I've been going through a lot, and being able to talk through a therapist from this organization helps a lot. But do keep in mind that if you need consultations or written letters or stuff like that, depending on the prices or the package you've chosen with this company, it may not be as accessible. Overall, I give the experience a 10/10. It has helped me a lot with my mental health as well as other areas of my life.

I was pleased with the therapist I found through Alli! I know that one of the drawbacks can be that these folks are qualifying and don’t always stay for very long with the company so it can cause clients to have to switch to new therapists, but I was able to develop a great cadence and relationship with mine, and followed them to their next place of work to maintain our progress. The price points for sessions are a real saviour for those who want to have this tool available, but aren’t able to keep up with the rising costs of therapy and other treatment. I will say I’m not sure how Alli’s “matching” works because I ended up ignoring the suggestions made to me based on the few questions I answered, and selected a therapist from the list of all available (they were not popping up as recommended but we ended up being a great match!)

Alli made consistent therapy accessible for me! With only limited coverage from work it was hard to get the kind of support of needed. With the siding scale I was able to get exactly what I was looking from, from a fantastic, professional and caring therapist!

I have found two amazing therapists through Alli and the low cost option has helped me have more frequent sessions that's progressed my mental health recovery so much more than being able to only afford one session a month.

My therapist was great. I liked being able to choose them and that they were what I needed from a therapist.

This was great enough that I will not deduct stars for the awful unpersonalized recent email spam from Alli.

Amazing and affordable if you're open to trying therapy with a psychotherapy student/intern. My experience has been wonderful.
Trick for insurance billing - Since your therapist is not yet qualified, if you're asked by your insurance to add a provider for your sessions, you'll have to use their supervisor (their name and registration # appear on your bill).
If you're thinking about it, just do it!
