I had a wonderful therapist who helped me through a traumatic experience. When my financial situation changed I asked if I could be able to do a lower price or payment plan option, and Alli said no. They offered a student therapist, but I don't want to have to start with a new therapist when I had already made great progress with one, I have struggled to find a good therapist and have fired every therapist I have ever had. I hate that this company advertises affordable therapy yet didn't accommodate my financial needs, which forced me to fire the only therapist I had that was actually good. 🙄🤦‍♀️

My therapist was relatable and helpful, and let me take my experience where I needed it to go. Ali Therapy was also understanding about me needing to stop due to financial issues, and let me have 2 more sessions for free to wrap up my progress.

I’ve been able to have a test visit with therapist to see if I mesh well with them and so far I haven’t needed to rebook. Both therapists I’ve had have been lovely have always taken into consideration the way I learn best and how I want my therapy to go which has been amazing.

It was easy to sign up and find a therapist that suited my needs, who was flexible with the modalities I found helpful. So grateful for the low-cost model which permitted me to access necessary care as I was going through a lot of personal/circumstantial changes.

The cost is the best part. Therapist is great as well, but financially being able to see her has been wonderful.

Ali was the first form of trusted and affordable therapy that I could manage during a time of low income. Not only that, but my therapy sessions helped me begin taking the needed steps I needed to get out of a negative cycle. If I needed reassurance, guidance, or just to vent, I felt comfortable knowing I had my Ali therapist to walk me through it. I'm thankfully in a good place and taking a break from my therapy sessions, but Ali is a site I'll be reccomending to everyone who needs it. I saw so much progress from only a few sessions, and I'm so very thankful that the support I gained has gotten me to the point I am now. Thank you, Ali! ~

What made my experience great, is that my therapist is easy to speak with and I feel relieved when my sessions are done.

Dina was fantastic!! I finally found a therapist that tells me what i need to hear. She has been so helpful, I asked her to be very frank with me and she did it. Really helps me to see clearly. Cant wait to talk with her again!!

I really appreciated taking a quiz to match up with a therapist.. it really helped inform my decision. My therapist and I have been together for almost a year now and it’s the best therapy I’ve ever done (I’m going on 3-4 years now).

So easy to get started and build rapport with a therapist. It was very important for me to find someone with a similar background and Alli has a wide range of therapists to choose from.
