Alli has been a game changer. I love the support has been top-tier, and the system is easy to work with. I am doing better and feel like I am progressing really well. I really appreciate that they are making mental health support more accessible, their customer service is awesome and my selected therapist is amazing. Knowing I can afford a bit more, I don't mind paying more to make sure others who need to access services have them available at an affordable price.

when i first came across this company i was so excited, i have a few mental health issues and i also have been through a life altering trauma it has taken me YEARS to be able to take this step and ask for help but i would honestly avoid this place, i am unsure if its a scam or not. i have read mixed reviews however one that came
up often was therapist cancelling last minute due to lack of experience which is what i got.
i also was not comfortable sending my bank information until i met with the person to avoid any sort of scams or unauthorized purchases. i emailed what appears to be the owner and she advised i could submit payment method at the time
of my appointment then 1 hour later my appointment was cancelled. i have never opened up the way i did, and i just feel as though it was a mistake because they do not value you or ensure you are comfortable with the process.

Very easy process. Knowledgeable staff to speak with. I am very glad I chose to use alli therapy when I did! Many individuals to choose from and I liked that they all had different interests listed which helped to pick someone I felt like would understand my situation.

My therapist has been amazing and has worked around different mental health diagnoses plus a recent autism diagnosis. She’s been super helpful and I really enjoy talking to her. So kind and always reminds me of ways to use kinder language with myself.

It's so useful to have access to quality therapists at a price that is affordable and accessible for all. And I like that appointments are virtual and can be done in the comfort of my own home. I also like that, because the services are virtual, I have a wider access to therapists and have been matched to ones whose specialties align with what I want to work on. Geographic location doesn't limit me in who I may need to speak with, and I've had the great fortune of being matched with therapists that are a wonderful fit for me.

The therapist I've been working with is great, knowledgeable and really seems to care. Alli.io provides me with easy payment, automatically billed after each session and affordable cost.
Also, Alli is fast in replying to questions and makes it easy to request a new therapist when necessary to find the appropriate match.
My quality of life has greatly improved since starting therapy with Alli.

I really like the aspect that you can pay a lesser amount to talk to a therapist who is gaining experience hours until they get their credits.
As someone who is struggling mentally AND financially, this was really helpful for me. Being able to choose if the appointments were 1 week apart or 2 or 3 was also super helpful with my ever-bouncing schedule. I also liked that you could choose either in-person appointments or virtual.
They were always understanding when I needed to reschedule, and even moreso when I had to reschedule because of a pet emergency shortly before our time.

I would definitely recommend this company and use again in the future when funds allow it.

Alli Therapy was just the absolute easiest process to get started and to pair up with a therapist! It took maybe 5 minutes to register, and most importantly they let you choose your therapist that you get to work with by reading a short bio on their specialties and therapy style. I have been meeting with my therapist for 10 months now via zoom and it’s been absolutely life changing! Don’t get me wrong it is work to help yourself and change your mindset but the process itself has been fantastic-it has been very easy and I personally recommend it to all my friends. By removing the barrier of having to go to a therapists office and being able to meet in the comfort of your own home or car, or wherever you choose, it makes it just so much easier! My therapist always works with my schedule, lets me decide how often we meet and most importantly listens and takes into account what works for me and what doesn’t. I would not be where I am today if I didn’t take the chance to just try it out.

My experience has been great because of the accessibility and affordability to have therapy has been so helpful and seamless. I find that there can be a lot of barriers to getting therapy and the way this company has set it up for people to easily access it is wonderful!
