I emailed in advance to make sure my order would arrive on time to be assured it would. It's well passed that day and I still have not received my order. I emailed and they just said it would be here tomorrow. Really bad customer service.

I really don't get some of the other feedback. I ordered 4 items, but 2 weren't in stock, so they emailed me in minutes and said they would backorder them and that my card wouldn't be charged until they came in stock. True to their word, 5 days later, the stock must have arrived. I was charged on Tuesday, and the next day, the complete order arrived.

Driver swerving in and out of traffic with no indication. Drove dangerously close to my back bumper to try and intimidate me into moving over. Nearly ran a little old dot in a fiesta off the road. If this is how your employees conduct themselves I won't be using your service and I would advise everyone else to do the same

I'm my case they didn't know what they were selling and wrongly advised the product.
I bought a pack of 6 air fresheners and I got only 2 triggers and 6 bottles.
I contacted customer support , they didn't know about this issue and they promised to contact the supplier. This was their reply : "I have mailed the supplier to see if they could assist with 4 sprays, please allow us the time to hear back from them, we will revert back to you as soon as possible."

2 months after I got that reply still waiting to be contacted and still hoping that someone will send me the remaining 4 triggers.

Unfortunately I can't use only 2 air fresheners in 6 different rooms.

I highly recommend this business. Their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I must mention the name of Emma who should get 5 stars for every aspect of her service. She was quick and efficient. She is a clever salesperson I have met so far.

Long overdue review.
I bought a Daewoo Commercial Microwave from this company in January 2019. The product came with a good 3 year warranty. It went faulty towards the end of the warranty period.
To cut to the chase, the service support for the microwave I had purchased no longer existed.
No problem. Alliance immediately arranged a brand new replacement. No quibble. Even better, the replacement, a Sharp R21AT was of a superior quality than the one it was replacing. It arrived the next morning.
A couple of years later, my replacement microwave is brilliant and Still going strong.
In my experience, exceptional customer service.

Awesome company. I have used them multiple times and they are so efficient and good to deal with. Always fast delivery delivered by their own team. Good Prices and Excellent company.

Never will deal with this company again . They sent message this morning saying new chiller fridge is being delivered today and will ring an hour beforehand . I had a hospital app. so told them they can deliver Thursday or Friday this week . Their reply was . We will have to charge you £71.50 plus vat for ‘ Failed Delivery ‘ . How can they say it’s a failed delivery as they didn’t deliver yet ! Then I look out of the window to see a man delivering my fridge . Not any one hour notice given . We said that we would pay him to bring it in , he refused and left it outside . My husband is 80 and I’m 78 . Unbelievable that people can be so unhelpful and disgruntled . Will never deal with this company again . Have always had my fridges brought in for us .

Fabulous company and great and efficient customer service. I've ordered twice now. The prices are very reasonable and I noticed this morning they do their own deliveries 😊

I first used this company during lockdown for toilet rolls and dishwasher/washing machine consumables.
Their service was 100% then, and this morning I received another delivery.
They’re my go to company for many items.

Always on time, always value for money, very helpful delivery drivers.

Found this company very reliable with good deliveries, the stock is sometimes unavailable but is always fulfilled. Items are of good quality and I will continue to use them

Great service from this company. stock was on back order but delivered as promised on revised date. Will use again

Really great company to deal with, I had bought 2 things one of which was on backorder and they notified me of this and asked whether if i would like a refund or wait for the product to be back in (including estimated date of when this would be). I chose to wait for the product to be back in stock.

Delivery was great - not delivered through a 3rd party courier like DHL or Hermes or DPD but from themselves. It arrived according to the estimated time and products are in good order (steak knives and chopping board).

I would use them again and recommend them for competitive pricing.

I ordered 4 items from this site. At no time was I told they were out of stock. Then magically, after they had taken my money, I was told they were a back order and I should contact them for a realistic timescale when they would be delivered. Also there was no option to cancel the order. Not to be trusted!

worse customer service ever, they rip off people stay away. Theyre products are fake and of the worse quality. The 12oz lids they have do not fit 12 oz cups DO NOT BUY
