J'ai commandé une figurine, qui a pris 4 mois, pour être livré, le carton est arrivé défoncé, la figurine en kit sans aucune notice 🤬 tt ça pour plus de 100e,je ne recommende pas le site, à fuir comme la peste, passer votre chemin

J'ai commandé une lampe torche , plus de 60 euros donc je m'attendais à ce que mon produit soit de qualité. J'ai contacté le vendeur Convoy flashlight Store (Commerçant)
Celui -ci malgré lui avoir faire part que mon article était défectueux n'a pas cherché à trouvé une solution et a menti pour me rassurer. La lampe à fini à la poubelle car inutilisable.
Ce vendeur est un arnaqueur et je tenais à le signaler.
Passé votre chemin quand vous voyez Convoy flashlight store , aucun sérieux de leur part et aucune solution en cas de problème.

I received a defective item. A refund is only possible if I return the product at my own expense, which means additional time and money.

There is no guarantee that the money will even be refunded, and the return shipping cost can be higher than the price of the item itself.

As a result, the customer ends up at a loss: losing money on the product and being forced to pay additional costs.

This is an unfair practice and a serious violation of consumer rights.

Disputes are closed without giving a proper opportunity to resolve them — decisions are made in favor of the seller and the platform.

Customer support provides template responses and does not resolve the issue.

AliExpress used to be much better, but now it has become impossible to use. I hadn’t used it for several years and switched to other Chinese platforms with a more fair approach — the difference is obvious.

After this case, I am deleting the app and will not use it again.

Do not recommend.

Aliexpress ist nicht zu empfehlen.Habe einen Laptop gekauft.entsrach nicht den Erwartungen. Soweit so gut jetzt habe ich vor 2 Monaten den orginal verpackten laptop zurück geschickt. Innerhalb von 2 Monaten kein Geld zurück. An wen kann man sich wenden und nicht gleich einen Anwalt mit der Sache zu betreuen. Rate jedem ab da zu kaufen.

Ordered an XTOOL scanner from the XTOOL store on Alliexpress. Received a shipment acknowledgement with a tracking number that came back invalid. Alliexpress then sent me a notice that the order was canceled. I protested to PayPal for charging my Visa card. After the protest I received another tracking number from UPS that was good. The scanner arrived but would not work due to being locked. I have complained to Alliexpress and PayPal to no avail. I filed a report with Better Business Bureau and found that all of them got F ratings for non response to refunds and product complaints.

Ordered a 5 L electric meat grinder. The package came with a big hole in the box and the machine does not work!
They sent a 3 L which was wrong.
They also sent an anti-slip ring that does not fit the bowl, this one smoked in an attempt to make it fit. It would have been very dangerous to use it if it worked. I don't think this machine is approved for use in Norway as these knives are so loose without attachment.
Alliexpress demanded pictures and video plus a statement. All this was sent, but they ignore the buyer. Stay away!
Also ordered a label machine that is sold in Norway. The one that came is a mini simple copy that they have put the original name on.

J'ai un ordinateur qui est tombé en panne depuis décembre 2024, et Alliexpress ne veut pas changer le disque dur en panne et sous garantie c'est un ssd de 2to sata . Idem pour son fournisseur Dolphins laptop stores.
Alliexpress est dans le collimateur de l'état est risque d'être interdit en France, et à mon niveau j'appuie la demande du gouvernement. Maintenant la balle est dans le camps d'alliexpress.

Efter 2 måneder er det endeligt lykkes at få mine penge retur for defekt CarPlay skærm. Handler aldrig mere på alliexpress, total dårlig kundeservice.

The keyboard and mouse work well for basic use and setup was easy once I figured out where the USB wireless dongle was.

At first, I thought it was missing — turns out, the USB receiver is cleverly stored inside the battery compartment of the mouse, in a small slot under where the battery goes. It’s not obvious at first glance, and the product listing didn’t explain this.

If you're having trouble getting it to work, check under the mouse battery cover first before assuming the dongle isn’t included.

Otherwise, a good, affordable set for everyday use.

Comprei um tablet á vários meses que apenas serve para ocupar espaço, porque nunca funcionou, reclamei 2 dias depois de o receber, enviei vídeos a provar e tudo o que foi pedido. 7 meses depois, de nem sequer obter resposta a certa altura, agora pedem-me tudo de novo e dizem já ter passado muito tempo. Uma vergonha.
Ignoram o decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, artigo 12.º, n.º 1, que estabelece o reembolso no prazo máximo de 14 dias após a receção dos bens devolvidos.
Gostaria que me deixassem de encher o email com publicidade mesmo quando anulo a subscriçáo ou envio para spam.

made my order, order arrived with missing parts plus a steel not titanium chimney roll. Opened a complaint , refund rejected and they want to charge me for the return . This is a total scam company and after reading the site reports its the same thing every time

Bought a 5g mobile router, didn't work or recognise sim card,customer services were rubbish just fob you off with excuses.
My advise use Temu and you don't have a problem with a refund if the goods are faulty.

Ordered a CD player 29th January ‘25 and elected to pay in 3 monthly instalments, via Klarna at end of January, February and March. At end of February no CD player so I got in touch with Klarna and in early March I raised a formal complaint with Klarna. Many weeks went by and today got a refund for the money paid, three months later.
To be fair Klarna did their job but were very slow to act. There was very poor communication from AlliExpress and I would never order anything of value from them ever again.

This people don't even deserve a star

Avoid AlliExpress like the plague, totally dishonest sellers operate there. I only bought parts from there as I could not find them anywhere else for sale, as the wrong parts arrived I asked to return them and the seller stated free returns. A month plus later after I returned them there is no refund. I contacted them so many times, they ask me for some video proof of the wrong part all sorts of evidence that no one can produce, all in all horrible experience. You have been warned AVOID!!!

Après un avis négatif ici car j'ai commandé une batterie qui est arrivée endommagée (prix à presque 29 euros) les services alliexpress m'ont contacté et proposé un dédomagement de 5 euros. Sur le site et le fiche produit il était indiqué retour gratuit et remboursement garanti. C'est une fausse promesse, j'ai refusé bien évidemment les 5 euros et depuis je n'ai plus de nouvelles je déconseille vivement ce site. J'ai toutes le captures d'écran de la fiche produit et des échanges afin de les communiquer à la DGCCRF
