Goede auto gekregen. Hij had wel eens gewassen kunnen worden. Bij het contract ondertekenen bleek niet alles inclusief te zijn. Het interieur bleek er niet onder te vallen en problemen met de versnelling vielen er niet onder. Op het contract moest drie keer een handtekening geplaatst te worden. Ook op de algemene voorwaarden die achterop (in kleine letters en slecht Engels) stonden.

Really efficient service. Everything was included in the price, so no surprise add-ons. All the staff we encountered were polite and friendly. Stress free car hire!

My wife had a confirmed booking with AllInCarHire for a car pickup at Málaga Airport on 27.02. When we landed, we called them to arrange the pickup, and only then they told us that they had cancelled the reservation because she allegedly did not provide her driving licence number.
This made no sense for several reasons:
The day before, they sent her an email asking for the flight number, which she provided immediately.
This was not our first rental with this company — they already had a copy of her driving licence from previous bookings.
Nobody informed us in advance that the booking was at risk of being cancelled.
As a result, they left my wife stranded at the airport without a car and gave no clear or serious explanation. The customer service showed zero responsibility and no respect for customers.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you don’t want your trip to start with stress and unexpected problems.

Ein komplett Angebot wie man es sich als Urlauber wünscht. Alle Versicherungen, 2. Fahrer ohne Zuschlag, super schnelle Über-gabe/nahme, Nachtrückgabe ohne Zuschlag, schneller Shuttleservice mit ebenfalls gepflegten Fahrzeugen u. nettem Personal, keine km Begrenzung und dann einen ordentlich ausgestatteten und blitzsauberen Opel Corsa zum unschlagbaren Preis. Deutlich billiger als alle anderen Angebote und viel bessere Leistungen. Darum 5 von 5 Sternen und sofort wieder.

Our first ever visit to Andalusia and we were extremely pleased with our choice of car rental company. Allincarhire provided a virtually flawless service from point of booking to the final drop off. They very promptly replied to my questions prior to the pick up. The shuttle pick up instructions from the airport were clear and there was only a short wait. Collection was very quick as was the return. No extra charges applied. Highly recommended.

Voor de derde keer huurde wij een auto bij All In Carehire. Nooit geen gezeur!!! De laatste keer gaf de auto op de display een signaal. Wij konden de auto direct omruilen, zonder problemen.
Een volgende keer gaan we zeker weer naar All In Carhire

Via via dit verhuurbedrijf als Tip gekregen. Wat een service. aan de voorkant alles geregeld via de mail in NL en altijd keurig netjes een antwoord gekregen op de vragen. Bij aankomst op Airport Malaga even bellen en binnen 10 minuten werden we opgehaald bij het vliegveld. Keurige chauffeur en werden afgezet bij het verhuurbedrijf om onze nette VW caravelle in ontvangs te te nemen. Alle tijd en een correcte medewerker die ons heeft geholpen. Goede uitleg en bij inname na een mooie week geen gezeur en gewoon de borg terug en een nette ontvangst. Ga hier zeker weer een auto huren bij de volgende vakantie. Betrouwbaar, doe wat je zegt, vriendelijke medewerkers en een keurige nette auto. Dank voor de topservice en ons zie je zeker weer

The staff at the car hire office were also friendly and helpful. The car was excellent, the one I ordered and the price with no add ons made the whole experience perfect. We will now only use Allin

Vous pouvez réserver sans hésitation avec cette agence très sérieuse.
Simple, rapide et efficace. Pas de frais supplémentaires et vous payez quand vous prenez la voiture. Sans franchise et sans caution pour l'essence. Vous rendez la voiture avec la même quantité qu'au départ. Conducteur supplémentaire et siège auto enfant sans frais supplémentaires.
A l'arrivée à l'aéroport de Malaga, vous appelez le numéro qu'on vous a donné. Il faut ensuite suivre la ligne bleu au sol, traverser la route et aller tout droit . C'est à moins de 50 m de la sortie de l'aéroport. La navette arrive en moins de 5 mn ( bleu et orange avec le logo de l'agence, vous ne pouvez pas la louper).
En moins de 5 mn vous êtes à l'agence pour effectuer le paiement et signer le contrat et hop...à vous les vacances.
Au retour, on vérifie le niveau d'essence et vous êtes déjà dans la navette pour l'aéroport. Ils vous dépose à la porte des départs en moins de 5 minutes.
Je recommande ++++++++++++

Vi blev hentet i lufthavnen og kørt retur igen, efter at bilen var afleveret.
Betalte 160€ for en uge. Fik fin lille bil.
Selvom vi skulle aflevere bilen kl 4:30 om morgenen, var der ingen problemer. Vi blev hentet af en mini bus og kørt til lufthavnen.

Been travelling to Malaga for over 30 years and rent a car round about 3-4 times a year it’s an absolute nightmare been ripped off scammed so many times by other companies . This is the best company we have used by far . No hassle at all everything was perfect very quick turnaround no waiting no rip off fuel costs or big deposits. would recommend them 100% and will be using them in the future brilliant service

Such an excellent car hire company. We have used them several times, without incident. This time, however, I was driving and a calor gas lorry came straight at me, cutting the corner, causing me to pull in more to the right. I went into the curb, resulting in two punctures on the passenger side! I phoned All In, and they immediately despatched a breakdown truck and took me and the car back to their depot, where they issued me with a replacement car (same make & model as before). Absolutely no quibble, no extra to pay, and they were more concerned about me and that I was ok than they were the car! Prices are very fair too, and a second driver is included free of charge. My husband & I are now in our 70’s, and they still happily rent us a car each time we visit Spain, at no additional cost. Cannot recommend them enough - all the staff are great!

They had a good and hurry service when i used their service years ago. But now they never have cars available, so i dont know why the website is filled with cars and so on. Any car or any date "No car available". sad story for a company who could be the largest in the region.

Only slight negative is there were no sat navs for the car.

Nice and simple car hire. We booked the "All in package" and a car with automatic gear. Everything was included (children car seats and exstra driver).
The car had rear view camera and navigation. The car seamed new allthough it had run for 50.000 km.
We were picked up at the airport by a friendly and busy driver. The return was easy and fast, even at 4.30 AM. The minibus drove us back to the front door of the airport in 5 min.
Remember to have a Credit Card and not only a Debit Card (VISA) for the deposit. The friendly staff managed to do our booking dispite us only having a debit Card.

Very efficient and friendly staff, we were picked up and taken back to the airport on time . The car was great and being all in means you don't have to worry about the odd scratch. I will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone 5 stars all round

I strongly advise against renting from this company if you are over 75 years old. Not only do they charge you an Excess amount of 300 € but on top of that they are rude and ill-mannered. I went instead to Malaga Cars where I got a better price, a better car and a reasonable surcharge for being past 75 years.
