We had a really positive experience…
We had a really positive experience with the site management team at Frampton Gate especially Nick and Paula, which was really important for us as First Time Buyers. Although there were a few snags identified after completion, they handled everything quickly and efficiently, even the ones we discovered ourselves. Their responsiveness was impressive. Paula was very kind-hearted and makes conversations feel so light.
Also Roxy at Sales Team , she’s highly knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and approachable.
They made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free, and their attitude truly stood out. It genuinely felt less like dealing with a company and more like being supported by a family. Highly appreciated.

I have just moved into my new bungalow at Frampton Gate. It's great design, well built cosy and warm.
A big shout out to Roxy who kept me informed on how the build was going every week.
Any problem or issues I had was discussed by another two members of the site team Paula and Nick who helped rectify any problems as soon as possible.
Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase of my new bungalow from Allison Homes.

Welcoming and friendly.
Roxy was very welcoming and friendly. She answered every question that we asked and was very knowledgeable about the build of the houses. We visited quite a few of the developers in the area and in comparison (apart from one other), the others left me with no interest to buy a house. Thanks Roxy for showing us around the gorgeous houses.

Amazing experience buying a home with…
Amazing experience buying a home with Allison homes at Frampton Gate. Paula who liased with me whilst settling in was great, even calling me in the evening after work hours to check everything and ask if I had any concerns. The essential maintenance kit handed over is a nice added extra and very unexpected.

The lady Val who assisted us at Frampton Gate was lovely, polite and helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t have a house on that site that suited our needs but the quality of the houses built is amazing.

Poor follow up service from “Customer…
Poor follow up service from “Customer Experience Coordinator” the titles that staff are given are not reflected in the work done. After a major replacement part of new home has been fitted we have been left waiting 2 weeks for the follow up works to be done, no updates, no communication, nothing, poor service. Three and half months in a new home and not one week where a repair has needed doing or waiting for a repair! very little “coordination” happening.

Appalling lack of knowledge!
A friend and I visited the Frampton development yesterday with an appointment and interest in a 2 bedroom bungalow. Val greeted us with a complete lack of knowledge for the site and couldn’t show us the layout of the bungalows or a show home as not one single foundation or brick has been laid for these, instead we were shown a 3 bedroom semi detached house! This is not what we came for and whilst I understand a need to see the specification and workmanship the layout of both properties would be completely different! After asking for a price list we were told she only had one price available for one bungalow when they’re are 4 different specs! No knowledge of when construction would start on the bungalows, no knowledge of completion dates, no knowledge of interior finish, garden sizes, the list goes on! All we were told is “we sell off plan”!….thankfully we had other developments to view in the Lincolnshire area or a 3 hour road trip from Essex would have been a waste of time!

We aim to provide clear, knowledgeable guidance to everyone who visits us, and it’s clear in this instance we fell short. At the time of your visit, the bungalows were still in the early stages of planning and being sold off-plan, which unfortunately meant we couldn’t yet show you a physical example or provide full details on every aspect. However, we absolutely appreciate that more clarity around the layouts, specifications, and timelines should have been given to help you make an informed decision.
The normal Sales Executive was off ill at that time, so we had someone new to the site covering.
Your feedback has been shared with the team so we can ensure more comprehensive information is available and that visitors receive the best possible experience - even at these early stages of construction.
If you’d like, we’d be happy to arrange a follow-up call or meeting with a member of our team to talk you through the bungalow plans, available specifications, and expected timelines in more detail. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like us to arrange this.
