Appalling lack of knowledge!
A friend and I visited the Frampton development yesterday with an appointment and interest in a 2 bedroom bungalow. Val greeted us with a complete lack of knowledge for the site and couldn’t show us the layout of the bungalows or a show home as not one single foundation or brick has been laid for these, instead we were shown a 3 bedroom semi detached house! This is not what we came for and whilst I understand a need to see the specification and workmanship the layout of both properties would be completely different! After asking for a price list we were told she only had one price available for one bungalow when they’re are 4 different specs! No knowledge of when construction would start on the bungalows, no knowledge of completion dates, no knowledge of interior finish, garden sizes, the list goes on! All we were told is “we sell off plan”!….thankfully we had other developments to view in the Lincolnshire area or a 3 hour road trip from Essex would have been a waste of time!

We met jackie for the advice . Jackie was given us a very good positive approach. We were so happy with her dealings. Much appreciated on her customer service. We really satisfied.. We are looking forward to meet the team again in future. Thanks alot

Purchased our first home with Allison Homes & Jacky was fantastic from the get go, very supportive and helped aid our completion go through within an impressive 5 weeks. The service we received from Jacky, Andy & Paula we will forever be grateful for, would definitely recommend.

Moving in to my new home has been a fantastic experience absolutely love my new home. The Allison Homes team at Frampton Gate have been so very helpful especially Andy, Dougie and Paula nothing has been too much trouble

Jackie at Frampton Gate has been extremely helpful to our family whilst searching for a new home. We visited three times with a specific list of requirements and each time Jackie's knowledge of the houses was admirable. We truly appreciate all her help and look forward to moving day.

Following a period of unexpected ill-health for my husband, we made the decision to move back to Lincolnshire to be closer to our family. Our needs for our new home were quite specific, which Jackie understood completely and showed great empathy for our situation. We have reserved a lovely plot at Frampton Gate, and are looking forward to moving in to begin our next chapter.

My fiancé and I were looking for a family home after finding out that we were expecting our first child, we only had three months until our daughter's due date so we needed to find somewhere suitable and fast. We are extremely grateful for the quick, efficient and friendly service provided by the Frampton Gate Team at Allison Homes. We are also delighted with the quality of the build of our new home. We would like to say a massive thank you to Jackie in the Sales Team, Andy in the Construction Team & Paula in the After Care Team for looking after us throughout our moving journey, we are so grateful for your help and really appreciate your customer first approach.

I would like to start off by thanking the whole team of Allison Homes for making our first time buy a fairly easy experience. They have made the whole process a smooth and enjoyable experience. Jackie was our sales coordinator who facilitated the majority of the process, and was brilliant and accommodating throughout. Will was also great, who also facilitated, and had amazing design input which was valuable for us FTBs. After moving in, there were some minor things that needed to be sorted which the site team attended in a timely manner. Site managers Andy and Mark have been great and have sorted/continue to sort some things within the property. Paula has also been a great support upon receiving our keys, and facilitated the after sales side of things. She has managed to calm our worries with things around the house such as cracks, paint chips and minor issues with waterworks. Altogether, a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Allison homes. A great team throughout.

From just browsing, to reserving and getting the keys the whole experience of purchasing our first house has been pleasant and straight forward. Jackie was lovely and had answers to all our umpteen questions throughout the process.
When moving in, Andy went above and beyond in aiding us with an effortless move and when passing either him or Mark day to day you're always greeted and asked how your getting on which is reassuring to have such approachable and friendly help on hand. Paula from customer care is lovely and very helpful in rectifying the few issues we've had in a timely manner as well as regularly keeping in contact with us.
Overall, we are very pleased with our new home and can see us enjoying our time in Frampton Gate and are excited to be able to see the estate grow and develop over the years.

We have recently purchased our first home which was made a very smooth and enjoyable experience by Jackie at the sales team.
We have also received excellent aftercare by Andy and his the site team and Paula from customer care. They have all been very prompt and thorough when helping us to settle in.
We are still greeted everyday by the whole site with a smile and couldn’t have wished for a better moving experience.
Pleased to live on a great upcoming site and would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Jackie made us feel welcome from the start and kept us informed every step of the way. Since we have moved in we have had a few minor issues but Mark and Andy have been fantastic and resolved them quickly. All in all they have been brilliant!!
