Thank you so much for giving us a chance and for leaving such a thoughtful review! 😊

We know ordering from a new store takes a bit of trust, especially when there aren’t many reviews yet, so we’re always happy to answer questions and share our selling history. It’s lovely to hear that helped you feel comfortable placing your first order.

Our verified buyer process is there to help get Pokémon products into the hands of people who enjoy collecting, so we really appreciate your understanding and support.

We’re delighted your first Scarlet & Violet ETB arrived in pristine condition and even better that you pulled some great hits! 🎉 Thank you again for supporting us. We’d love to welcome you back whenever you’re ready for your next opening! 💛

Thank you so much for giving us a chance! 😊 We’re really pleased you enjoyed your first order and appreciated the verified buyer process we want collectors to have a fair chance to pick up packs at a fair price.

Sorry the pulls weren’t on your side this time! Hopefully the extra fun packs added a little more excitement to the opening. 🤞

We’d love to stock the 30th anniversary products as soon as we can secure an allocation at the right prices. Scalpers are making things very difficult at the moment, but we’re here to help collectors beat them by keeping our prices fair and getting stock into the hands of people who want to enjoy the hobby.

Thanks again for your support. We look forward to welcoming you back! 💛
