I can definitely recommend Allowance Assist. The staff were friendly, patient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff explained everything thoroughly at each step of the way.

Allowance Assist were supportive, efficient, polite and friendly. It was a very easy process. Any delays were from HMRC.

My grandparents have been struggling for years now me and my family didn’t know where to turn. We got the forms from the government but they’re just ridiculous... A family friend told us about allowance assist and I can’t praise this company enough. Everyone was so kind and caring and they made the whole process completely stress free. At first I wasn’t sure it was worth even trying but in 7 weeks they helped get my grandad accepted for the top rate and the extra money has gone straight towards a scooter so he can leave the house again. It might seem minor to some but the change we’ve seen in him is priceless. Worth every penny. Thank you Luke and the team, we will definitely be using Allowance Assist for my nanna when she can apply too!!

If you’ve been unlucky enough to see the application forms yourself you’ll understand why this company exists. I don’t leave many reviews but I have to say that no matter who we spoke to when we rang, we instantly felt looked after and reassured. My father in law was told he’d been accepted and he couldn’t believe it. Thank you for all your help with his claim. He was so against even applying until I finally convinced him and what a massive difference it’s made. My wife read about Allowance Assist in Manchester. We had looked into applying for Attendance Allowance ourselves, but the paperwork seemed daunting, so she didn’t go ahead. Allowance Assist made the process so easy by completing the application for her.
We dealt mainly with Chloe and Sam, who were both very professional. They called us regularly to see how we were and to keep us updated. My wife’s application was successful, and we’re very grateful for all their help.

Was very satisfied with help I got. My form was completed for me based on my answers to the questions on the form. All the staff were friendly and efficient, and checked in with me regularly. I received the high amount which will be of great help.

Friendly informative nothing to much trouble and successful for me

Extremely helpful and they guided me through the whole process. Every contact with me was friendly and very supportive and professional. I would highly recommend this company. Very open and honest.

In short, I have a disabled son, but trying to claim DLA for a child is a nightmare. Refused three times so far. Apparently, he is not disabled enough, even though he was born with a lifelong disease!
Moving on. I suffered some heart issues and other medical issues. Allowance Assist handled everything for me; they were courteous and professional in their approach from start to finish, but most importantly, they were successful with my claim. For the cost, it's a 'no brainer'

I can not thank or praise the team highly enough, absolutely outstanding from the first phone call, All the forms etc completed for me and regular phone calls, to keep me updated and ask after me. I have been awarded the higher rate all thanks to the team, I certainly could not have done it without them. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking attendance allowance. From the initial phone call and the call to fill in the multiple forms everything was very smooth and worry free,i had many follow up calls from them of reassurance, this was a very simple process and a huge help which has resulted in a payment,,

Beware of this company!I paid a £50 deposit,I then cancelled on the same day,and they will not refund the money. Thank you for your reply,this will now make people aware,that the £50 deposit will not be refunded,if the client decides to cancel the agreement,within the 14 day cooling off period.I did try to speak directly about the,cooling off period,but was unfortunately just left on hold.Hence my review.
