5 stars to Allowance Assist and their very professional, polite, supportive and attentive staff. I was very apprehensive when I decided to apply for Attendance Allowance, not knowing where to start. They took the strain away from me, advising and filling in the necessary forms and applying for me. Within the seven weeks I had to wait for a decision to be made l was contacted by someone from their team on a weekly basis which was very reassuring to me. I've now received my first payment and can't thank Allowance Assist enough for their brilliant work on my behalf and again away them 5 stars.

I was really apprehensive about applying for the attendance allowance but allowance assist put me completely at ease, very supportive in completing the claim, kept me up to date all through the process and contacted DWP when a few weeks had elapsed. I cannot single out one member of staff because they have all been very good. The cost has been well worth it as this company took all the strain from me.i would certainly recommend them to anyone. The process of filling the application form out which they do based on questions they ask you is perfect, it's over 30 pages long and would have taken me forever, within eight weeks of contacting them I have now received a payment!!, they are just so good

My wife and I would like to thank allowance assist for a friendly and professional experience from start to finish, I watched an advert on facebook advertising how easy and hassle free it would be to put our faith with allowance assist to take control of form filling after an easy consultation questionnaire with one of allowance assist colleagues which lasted no longer than 45 minutes, my wife and I decided we had nothing to lose as had tried to apply for a number of claims without success, a member of staff kept in touch on a weekly basis for updates and even chased up when they thought we should have heard from DWP AA within 4 - 5 weeks, to our amazement my wife recieved a cash payment in her bank account 5 weeks after sending completed forms to DWP proving an accepted claim, I contacted allowance assist immediately relaying our joy to a lovely lady named Chloe and she confirmed my wife had been awarded the higher rate of attendance allowance! We would like to thank Chloe and all the lovely staff of allowance assist for a very friendly and professional service from start to finish at a very reasonable price.

I am only in the first initial process of making a claim on behalf of my relative but can honestly say that they were extremely helpful, understanding and easy to talk to. I spoke to a lovely woman called Amirinda who was very professional and has gave me confidence that they will work with all my relatives best interests in mind.I highly recommend.

I only found out about Allowance Assist by chance but I am so very glad I did find them. From start to finish the customer service has been first class. I received regular phone calls to see how my health was and how I was doing generally. The help I received with the application process( which is very detailed ) was exemplary. Everyone I dealt with at Allowance Assist was friendly and courteous to a degree and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Having been turned down for Attendance Allowance once previously it was pure joy to deal with an organisation that was both very good at what they did and were also a very caring organisation. I cannot thank them enough.

I was impressed with the very first contact with Allowance Assist, who explained the process clearly and in detail. If you have ever claimed a benefit before, you will know how difficult the questions can be and applying for an Attendance Allowance is no easy task.

Allowance Assist helped guide me through all the questions and prepared the application. All I had to do was check the details and provide some additional information (in my case some medical reports), put it in the post and wait.

I received a number of calls from Allowance Assist to check that all was well and asking if I needed any help. Every member of the team were extremely nice to talk to and the service was fantastic.

I received confirmation that my application was successful after just 7 weeks and was given the higher rate. As the payment is backdated, the payment I received more than covered their fee, which considering the benefit is tremendous value for money.

My experience with Allowance Assist was one of complete satisfaction. They were successful in upgrading my Attendance Allowance claim to the top level and they repeatedly chased them to ensure that my case was being considered. I was continually informed by Allowance Assist at what stage my claim was at and I was very pleased they were ultimately successful on my behalf. I fully recomend this organisation.

Once all the docs were completed they arranged the docs to be picked up from our home.
I was contacted regularly till the application was successful and the payment was made into my bank account.

The help and support that was given from the moment of application to the moment of obtaining the full amount of Attendance Allowance. I was treated and spoken to with warmth and understanding from all the Team.
Sam was extremely patient with me, and took time to fill in the Forms, which can be confusing. Regular calls to make sure you are okay, whilst waiting for the result of the claim, means a great deal when you live alone.

Staff made you feel at ease and made the application process very easy, would definitely recommend using them if you are not confident in filling forms and not used to applying for benefits.
