Allowance Assist レビュー

Allowance assist took care of everything and managed to obtain the Government assist allowance for me which I am extremely grateful, well done team.

Application for Attendance Allowance is quite daunting because of the detail required for an applcation to be successful. Luke and the team guided us through the form filling within an hour's extremley helpful telephone conversation and within 24 hours the completed form was sent to us for approval and posting to the DWP and our application was successful without any further information being required.

I was a little apprehensive at first but after thinking it over the weekend I phoned Allowance Assist I can’t thank Luke Chloe and the team enough I have just been awarded the higher rate what a genuinely wonderful, friendly, and helpful company they are, I would not hesitate to use them again. And will let friends and family know. From Yvonne Gibson

Excellent service, I wouldn't have known where to get help.

This is a genuinely superb company and service. I achieved full Allowance for my mother, which I doubt I would have been able to do on my own. It saved me a huge amount of time and stress.

Allowance Assist cares about what it does and makes the application process simple, stress-free and straightforward. In short, exactly what you need.

I have been extremely impressed by the quality of the work and in particular the service, which is exemplary. Yvonne kept in touch throughout the process, helped me sort some admin issues and clearly cared about the outcome.

Thank you to Yvonne and Allowance Assist for helping me successfully navigate this otherwise stressful and time-consuming process and deliver a great outcome. Highly recommended.

Allowance assist are the kindest and most helpfully people I have ever dealt with they did everything they said they would do I would highly recommend this company, and as a result I have been awarded my allowance. A great big thank you to all the team. Lesley

Absolutely great from start to finish found this site on Google communications was great would highly recommend

I was a little apprehensive at first because it all sounded too good to be true. But now that we’ve reached the end of the process and my Dadis receiving his full entitlement, I can genuinely say I couldn’t be more grateful to Allowance Assist.

They supported us from start to finish. Their service is exceptional, this is a company that truly cares and guides you every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The team were so friendly and helpful in filling in the long form for attendance allowance. I would never have the patience and understanding of this form and would probably not have filled it in and not received my AA. They phoned me regularly to see if I'd heard anything and explained I might get a phone call from DWP and not to be afraid to answer their questions.

Very trustful company with a great very helpful team.
31 days from the first phone call to first DWP payment. Do not go any where else for help with this experience!👏

From my first call to them and through the process of filling in the forms for me I must say they are great at helping people get what is due to them, I got way more than I thought I would. Yvonne is a star!

This company is 1st Class. I was worn out and weary after filling in so many pages,in a booklet, to make my Attendance Allowance claim, and then getting turned down. Months later my condition deteriorated further the thought of applying, and answering all those questions again, filled me with dread. So I kept putting it off. Then, coming across Allowance Assist online I decided to give them a call. I was greeted by a very friendly voice who was very good in explaining exactly what they could do for me. From then on they asked me questions, with empathy and understanding, so they could fill out the form for me. I felt confident and reassured that I would be successful in my claim. However if it was turned down then they would help in appealing my case. When I received the completed booklet as I was not completely happy with it, as I had remembered an important fact that I had failed to mention before, I contacted them and they were happy to make the amendments I requested. The completed booklet was sent to D.W.P, with letters from doctor's to support and my claim. Then about 6 weeks later I had conformation that my claim was accepted. Claiming for Attendance Allowance, using Allowance Assist, has been less stressful and probably more accurate than doing it oneself. In addition the service has been kind, considerate, friendly and reassuring.

Allowance Assist helped me to apply for the Attendance allowance very helpfull their was no pressure from the staff only helpfull advice I would recommend this company to anybody applying for Attendance allowance I rate them 1st class
