when looking after a loved one it is difficult to fill forms in but they did an excellent job with us getting the higher allowance thank you remember no win no fee

a very helpful and understanding team took the strain of doing request myself and with a satifting result - only moan was that ammount charged was not what was originally quoted - but having said that. the monthly allowance makes life a lot stressful paying someone to do jobs here and there - thank you

From the first contact I made with Allowance Assist I felt supported in my application to DWP.
I had regular, 7-10 day, contact with them, checking whether I had any queries/problems.
The staff are very friendly and courteous at all times and I would not hesitate to contact them or recommend them to anyone!

I would never have got the allowance without Allowance Assist. Just looking at the form had put me off even applying! They were able to word it in the way that was required, whilst still sticking to the truth of the matter, in what is a very stressful time for me already. The staff were very professional, kind and supportive and with me every step of the way. They knew all the ins and outs of Attendance Allowance and how to deal with the government on my behalf. They took all the pressure off me. It was a godsend for me to find them. The allowance is going to make a big difference for me. Thankyou !

can highly recommend using this firm to help with your Attendance Allowance application.. Very impressed with the very sympathetic and sensitivity of your ailments and with the swiftness in which they processed the application that resulted with DWPs decision in nearly less than two weeks well worth the fee they charge.

Very helpful and patient. Made the whole process easy and kept me informed at every step. Brilliant service.

I saw their Ad and was sceptical. C.A.B told me I wasn't able to get any benefits because of pensions. On initial call AA Assist team told me they were wrong and arranged a phone call to complete application form. Easy process, completed forms posted to me for signature. I sent them to DWP. Within 3 weeks DWP contacted me and 3 weeks later I received an initial payment. 4 weeks later I received 1st regular payment. The process was easy, and professionally done. Thanks to Chloe and Anna. 5 Star from start to finish. Thank you.May

Allowance assist was amazing from start to Finnish. Chloe phoned me took all the details and filled the forms in then posted them to me to read and post to DWP. I was only waiting 6 weeks and I got the highest rate. I'm not good at filling forms out I wouldn't have done it with out them. I would definitely recommend. Thanks to all the team

I don't that I could have completed the forms myself, the help and assistance I was given was first class. Chloe and the team took their time to explain everything to me with a very successful outcome, I cannot thank them enough
