They were very helpful, made everything very easy and their follow up was outstanding

I used allowance assit to help me with my claim I could not have used a better company the staff were very helpful and it was resolved very quick. top marks .

What an amazing service this is. All staff were so very friendly and helpful, making the completion of the forms a lot easier. Chloe even kept in touch whilst we were waiting for the application to go through. We would certainly recommend this service to anyone. Thank you to all the staff and keep up the good work.

I was a little apprehensive at first but after thinking it over the weekend I phoned Allowance Assist I can’t thank Luke & Chloe and the team enough. I have just been awarded the higher rate in less than 6 weeks from initial call. What a genuinely wonderful, friendly, and helpful company they are, I would not hesitate to use them again.

I can’t put into words how helpful Luke and Chloe were. They completed the Attendance Allowance in a way that I couldn’t compile it. I signed the form and posted it off. I doubted if I would get the allowance, as I’d tried before to no avail. Chloe spoke with the DWP, and I was allowed the amount.

It was all so easy. I made a phone call, these guys took over, and just 2 weeks later I received a letter from DWP they were happy to pay the allowance.
Surprised the gov bit was so quick; and to be honest, I don't think I would have got this without the help.
