Nu ma atras ne interesantă

За мен компанията е некоректна. Не съм давала съгласие за никаква карта. Неправомерно ми се удържат средства от картата под формата на някакво членство. Не съм давала съгласие компанията да ми прави акауннт. Свързах с екипа по ескалация, който много бързо реагира и се надявам за положителен резултат.
След окончателното решаване на проблема ще мога да дам реална оценка за оказаното съдействие.

Tutte le recensioni che hanno piu' di una stella sono false, basta leggerle per capire.
Mi hanno truffato mandandomi una finta mail da DHL e io stavo proprio aspettando un pacco da loro, solo che cliccando sul link mi hanno iscritto contro il mio volere. Quando li ho minacciati di rivolgermi alla polizia postale hanno finto di disiscrivermi ma hanno continuato a richiedere pagamenti alla mia carta di credito che avevo per fortuna bloccato,

je les ai menacé de porter plainte car j’ai gardé tous les e-mails et toutes les conversations car ça fait plus d’une semaine que je demande l’annulation de l’abonnement que je n’ai pas effectué Car l’abonnement se fait automatiquement. Lisez bien les commentaires les avis négatifs ils viennent de tout annuler et j’attends le remboursement sans remboursement de leur part, je leur ai bien dit que je portais plainte avec tous les mails et en plus quand ils nous répondent par mail, tout est en anglais.

Wat een waardeloos bedrijf! Ik moest eerst een positieve review krijgen en pas dan zou ik mijn geld teruggestort krijgen. Maar.... ik krijg maar een deel van mijn geld terug. Mailen, app-en maar niets helpt! Trap er niet in!

these shysters have taken 5 amounts of money (admitedly small amounts but around 30 Euros in total) from my bank with NO AUTHORISATION whatsoever from me. I signed nothing, and never received a confirmatory email to tell me I had "signed up" which is revealing.
Their idiot chatbot parrots cut and paste bullsht and ultimately is of no help at all,

If you're reading this allpetsplaza . . I want my money back . . ALL OF IT .. this coming week no excuses
I won't write a glowing review for you . . but I will add an amendment to say that you behaved honourably . . which thus far you haven't

UPDATE
To add insult to injury, they tried to take another payment from me overnight
this despite ongoing correspondence
They have refused to credit the money they took from my account without my consent citing their terms and conditions!
I tried to call their number twice . . got a recorded message saying they're busy
Busy at 5 in the morning . . I don't think so

UPDATE #2
I went to my bank yesterday. I described the transactions to them and they considered them to be fraudulent. AND they got my money back. It's not a fortune, but it's a victory over unscrupulous
business practices.
I was issued with another card so these b*stards won't be able to try the same again.

My bank told me in an email that allpetplaza had refunded my money "as a gesture of goodwill" . . yeah right!
