Quick same day response to my request, and issue solved efficiently and successfully.

The technician who arrived was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, he was not able to solve the problem, explaining that the only way to get the hot water to flow properly was to install a booster pump. I asked him to arrange for you to quote me for this job, but I never received any response. Fortunately, I was able to locate a local self-employed plumber to undertake this task.

A friendly fast efficient service.
Work completed quickly with no damage or mess.

Poor communication and no follow-through. I called and clearly explained the issue, then received a call from an engineer asking me to explain it all over again. I followed up by sending a WhatsApp video so there would be no further confusion. When the engineer arrived, it was a completely different person who had no knowledge of the issue whatsoever, leaving me to explain everything for a third time.
He then informed me that the job was not something that could be done that day, and that the company would be in touch with a quote. Before leaving, he asked me to pay the callout fee on the spot.
That call never came. I am still waiting for the quote.
Paid for a callout, got nothing done, and never heard back. If that's not a stitch up, I don't know what is.

Terrible. Came to replace a thermostat. Heating / hot water stopped working. Couldn't fix it. Had another guy come over and couldn't fix it. Charged me £500 total. Then a guy was over to replace our waste disposal unit and he fixed it for free.

Daniel arrived on time. He did a brilliant job on my electric conservatory doors, he was polite and had a good sense of humour. Every time I open the doors I thank him. Definitely recommend 👌

Firstly look at the Trustpilot WARNING on the top of this page. I wish I had done so before starting dealing with this company.

Their premium pricing per hour on weekends (£150ph+VAT) was not made clear upfront by the call handler at the time of booking. Previous to this I was only familiar with their £99ph rate being billed to me.

When I asked them to listen to the call they clung onto the fact that the call handler asked if the job was urgent, but not admitting that the price per hour wasn't mentioned because if it had I would definitely have queried it.

Effectively they asked me to write a blank cheque to them by not disclosing, except in my case I was writing a cheque of £99ph as I had done previously when using them.

So no admission by them of hiding their pricing unless explicitly asked of the call handlers! BEWARE because I will never use them again!!

He sorted the problem with the Patio Doors really well,but it took him less than 5 minutes for which I was charged £72 which I guess is his hourly rate. That is extortionate and should be made clear before doing the job?

The locksmith came on time as expected and was very efficient. He was obviously experienced and did the job in a short time.

I was locked out of my bedroom. I unscrewed the plate and took off the lever handle. I could see the spindle between the lever handles had detached.
I phoned Keys4U and a locksmith, Andrew, arrived within 15 minutes. He repaired the mechanism.

Prompt service, clear pricing, follow up phone call and no issues since we've had the door adjusted.

I had a disappointing experience with this emergency lockout locksmith service.

We explained from the outset that the door had a split spindle lock and was not deadlocked, meaning turning the internal handle would have opened the door. The locksmith initially attempted to gain entry using a plastic sheet and then advised that drilling the lock was the only viable option. Based on this professional advice, I agreed to proceed. This was an especially stressful situation as I was with my elderly parents and we had just returned from A&E, so we urgently needed to gain access to the property and relied on the locksmith’s professional advice.

However, after drilling the lock, the door was ultimately opened using a letterbox tool to operate the internal handle — a non-destructive method which had not been attempted beforehand.

My concern is that this method was not attempted before the lock was drilled and replaced. I was charged £418.80 in total, including replacement lock and installation costs. In my view, unnecessary and costly destructive work was carried out before all reasonable non-destructive methods had been attempted.

The company later stated that drilling was required to relieve pressure/load within the mechanism. However, this explanation regarding pressure/load within the mechanism was only provided retrospectively and could not have been definitively confirmed without first attempting to operate the internal handle directly. As no attempt was made to use the letterbox method beforehand, it was never demonstrated that drilling was genuinely necessary in order to gain entry.

I raised these concerns directly with the company, but they declined to offer any refund.

In my view, the overall charge was unreasonable and disproportionate given the circumstances.

Our door locking mechanism jamed on a upvc door. The guy came and had a look. He didn't give us a price, he just said no problem. He broke the original lock off then took the locking strip off the door. He then put a £30 mortice lock on, all in 30 minutes. Then he charged us £420. Absolute rip off!

Super easy and efficient service after a problematic door locking system. Within hours of the problem then googling Allservices4u, the door had new locks fitted. Really impressed. Thankyou! Highly recommend!
