I was making a one off payment on Facebook for a box of Zara clothes, I never received the clothes and forgot about it, then I have realised this company has been taking payments twice a month off me, just little amounts around £5-£6 pounds which over five months has added up too over £46, thank god I spotted it, this company is a SCAM they say I have signed up to them and they can only give me 6 euro refund, please don’t use them

I have been requesting a refund for almost 24 days, but I still haven't received the amount in my bank account. The amount is ₱117.67, which I paid on April 2, 2025.

Please process my refund as soon as possible. Thank you!
