Long story short, transport company lost or stole my package halfway trough the trip (did't even arrived at my country) and alltricks is refusing to resend it or give me my money back until the courier solves the problem. Beware of this company policies regarding misplaced orders.
Time wise, package "got lost" 10 working days ago, the limit for arrival was 6 days ago.

Missing information on chainring.
I was supposed to use a BCD96 (symmetrical), but was delivered a BCD 96 (asymmetrical), so I couldn't use it.
Correct info was missing on the website.

I have ordered a product that was not delivered (returned to sender). All contacts taken result in automatic replies. It looks like all replies are generated by bots. They are all signed by a different person, they apologize for delay about an hypothetical enquiry at the courier but without any progress.
I did not receive the product and I don’t know if I will ever get my money back

They did not back to my bank money but back to my account credit money I can not take money from it. I like not it.

Emma was great at keeping me updated, parcel arrived when you said it would and in one piece. Package got wet and therefore was torn. Maybe something stronger and waterproof 👍

Necesitaba con urgencia para unas pruebas físicas unas bambas (Adidas Adizero Boston 13),que baratas precisamente no son, bien, pues me llegaron USADAS (confirmado por Alltricks), con las suelas muy sucias. No me quedó otra que quedármelas puesto que ya no habia margen de devolución por mis pruebas. A parte de una mísera disculpa, no me ofrecieron más que el reembolso de 11.19€. Ha sido realmente decepcionante la resolución, pedí si podian devolver un porcentaje más alto y me dijeron que NO. No entiendo como algo así puede ocurrir. No me deja adjuntar fotos, una pena, porqué pondria fotos de la suela. Muy, muy mal.

Después de que mi pedido sufriese un retraso de 15 días, sin si quiera especificarme el motivo de la demora, porque esta empresa, lo que es comunicación con el cliente, no lo entiende, tengo que además tener que informarles yo a ellos que ha habido una demora con mi pedido. Cansado de respuestas genéricas y sin rastro de las zapatillas decido que me devuelvan el dinero y se queden con las zapatillas porque ya ni ganas tengo de usarlas, me dicen que no pueden hacer nada hasta pasado un mes. Como es posible que una empresa que promete una entrega en unas fechas concretas, si no las cumple no se hagan cargo del problema y solo se dediquen a echar las culpas a la empresa de mensajería. Una empresa jamás debería pasar al consumidor sus problemas de logística y menos aún que el consumidor se tenga que hacer cargo de la resolución del problema, es una vergüenza. La última vez que compro en esta tienda. Y me encargaré de advertir a cualquier persona para que no cometa el mismo error que yo.

Después de que retrasan la entrega casi un mes. Solicito anular el pedido y el reembolso. Lo que me dicen que sin problema. Pues bien a la hora de solicitar el reembolso en la web me da error y ahora no hacen más que pasarse la pelota de uno a otro. Voy a esperar unos días. Sino tocará ir a denunciar.
No los recomiendo para nada hay mejores opciones.

I ordered the RRP bearing press tool.
The tool had been used and package was opened. The tool also had big marks from usage.

Did a reclamation and they did not even try to deny that the tool had been used, so they offered a voucher of 5€.

5€!!

I do not recommend this store.

Extremely disappointed with alltricks. Took them nearly two months not to deliver my bike. After numerous phone calls and emails and being told different thing about my order delivery progress all I can say save yourself from stress and disappointment and avoid ordering from them.

Απίστευτη τηλ εξυπηρέτηση, έχω πραγματοποιήσει μια παραγγελιά και έκανα πληρωμή μέσω τράπεζας,τους ενημέρωσα και αμέσως να με εξυπηρετήσουν, κάλεσα σε εκτός ωραρίου και με κάλεσαν πίσω αν έχει συμβεί κάτι!!!!!
