I like the quality of Allwear's clothing but I am saddened by their customer service. I made a purchase beginning of November 2025 and I've yet to receive all the components of my order. As for getting in contact with customer service, they are less than prompt with their responses. Not sure if I want to order from them again🫤

my leggings fit like a glove and do not move while im working out. They keep me cool as well!

We love our allwear gear! The socks are so comfortable and I love knowing that they are made completely toxin free! The shipping was fast and quality so so good. We will definitely order more from this company down the line.

I love these socks! I've been slowly switching my wardrobe to all natural and organic items, and these socks are affordable. The natural & organic fabrics breathe really well. I have Reynaud's Syndrome so my feet are always cold, but these socks keep my feet warm but they don't get sweaty like they do with socks made from synthetic fibers. I will definitely be purchasing more products from this company.

It took me awhile to find a go-to pair of socks, and I can truly say this is it. Finding something that is organic, eco-friendly, sustainable, comfortable, and cost-effective is difficult. I absolutely love these socks!

I was searching for organic cotton socks, and they were so hard to find but then I came across Allwear! So awesome to see what this group is doing.
The socks are super comfy, great fit, good thickness/cushion. And easy to wash! Didn’t change fit much at all through the wash. Even better that they’re clean materials and sustainable!

Purchased the socks and so far I really love them. The quality is great and I appreciate the fact that the material is non toxic. Now I am patiently waiting for the second order I purchased.

We have absolutely loved their socks so far! We’ve only had bombas the last few years and wanted to find something with higher quality material— so we took a chance on All Wear and have been pleasantly surprised! They are very cushioning and haven’t worn out after several months of using them constantly. The only issue I’ve had with them is I preordered a sweatshirt several months ago and there has been zero communication/updates about when that will be arriving.

This company left such a bad taste in my mouth I do NOT RECOMMEND.
I will say, I liked the two bra tops I got from them a lot and understood the third item was a preorder, but they kept pushing it back to like, two months so I finally decided to cancel. No response via email after like two weeks!!! I had to bug them on instagram to get a response. After that, I got "refund processing and will take 10-15 days" I finally messaged them after day 25 and only THEN my refund showed up asap. I don't think they even processed it the first time and were like "hmmm we see it on our end" conveniently after they finally approved it and did not acknowledge any wrongdoing

I love that the workout apparel is free of all the harmful chemicals. The fabric feels good and has the “normal” amount of stretch you need from workout clothes. I will definitely be adding more pieces.

Where would i start with this? I love this brand entirely—its deeply grounded ethics behind manufacturing every single product, especially most of the clothes as they’re literally made to be i’d say, 90%-98% plant-based. The customer service and kindness is an above and beyond experience when you contact them with a concern, need, or a serious inquiry. I really appreciate Allwear’s care for their customers and most of all, their health/well-being and guaranteed satisfaction.
They’re a business that truly wants you to accept and feel totally satisfied in what you recieve. It seems that feedback really matters for their business growth!
On top of that, their styles for most women’s clothing!! As a young woman, i primarily have been on the search nowadays for some good activewear (both strictly gym/workouts, and general exercise), and to me, style and color too, matters! Among many of the clean, plant-based activewear or activewear-inclusive brands I know and can lean on, Allwear don’t best with personalized style AND perfect comfort! A true win-win!
I needed both, and so far, this Bamboo bra top has been so comfy on me since day 1, without even moving around the straps yet. Its blend is 100% clean! It’s primarily durable, comfy, and moisture-wicking/sweatproof + feels naturally cool. Absolutely love my sock packs too! All organic cotton!!

Well here is my experience with All Wear. I ordered two pair of pants in January.

They ship only one of the pairs. I was supposed when I only received one this was not noted in the shipment email. They charge me for both.

I contacted them it took about a month for them to get back to me in February. They respond that about shipping delays and they would get it to me as soon as possible.

Two months pass in April no update or ETA. I give them an ultimatum either give me an ETA or cancel my order. They responded quickly this time that they cancelled and it will take 10-15 business days. Meaning 4 months in they couldn't give an ETA. Who knows long it would have taken. Now it's spring time on the East Coast. I don't need them anymore and can order from someone that won't take as long.

I think getting an ETA four months into order is the least they could do. The fact I had to chase them down do get any answers is unacceptable

They get 1 star for quality products. They lose four stars because of poor customer service and communication around the rest of my order.

Order with caution. There should be transparency/communication if items are taking longer or not available. Usually companies will say it's out of stock or on back order right away.

I have never had this problem with any other clothing store. This is a first and definitely My last time I order from all-wear.

I really enjoy their underwear and socks. Plan to get more products from them in the future.

Quick delivery & amazing quality shorts! I probably could’ve sized down but happy with the slightly bigger fit. I will be getting the other colors!

Great customer service and great non-toxic products. However, they can take a long time to get as most things are out of stock. I will continue to be an Allwear customer!

Hard to find good organic clothing so I took a chance because all the ads looked legit. I’ve been waiting over 4 months and nothing. They tell me it’s back ordered but on their site, they are still selling them like items are in stock. I have asked for my money back and still waiting. They said one item has shipped but the tracking is “at airport” or “Leaving airport” but not the location of the airport. It’s been shipping for over a week and still not one real location. It’s coming from China…. So who knows?

I love the fact that the clothes are made out of better materials than most brands. I like alot of their clothes. However, sometimes it takes several months (like up to 6 months) to receive items. Once I noticed that the item I had been waiting for (for months) was back in stock. I waited a while, still got nothing. I had to message them to send my order. Also, a pair of leggings that I only wore maybe 5 or 6 times at most started coming apart at the seams in the gusset area/butt area and has a bunch of little holes. For the price, they should be better made and last longer than last.

It has been nearly impossible to find clothing made with organic cotton and non-toxic dyes that don’t also cost a fortune. Allwear was a great find, and I’m loving the products so far!
