Slow to deliver but great product!
My first pre-order took several months to get to me but when they arrived I was OBSESSED. I LOVE the fabric they use! Sadly my second pre-order never arrived, but when I contacted them I was promptly refunded. So SAD these are no longer available I would buy as many pairs as I could. I love the two pairs of pants I have and their bra is my favorite light sports bra. I hope they come back someday I would buy right away!!

Total Scam
I placed a "preorder" in August 2025--items were supposed to show up in the fall...which kept getting delayed and delayed....eventually they communicate that they will get orders out prior to Christmas. Never happened for me. Then they're in a lawsuit with Shopify and I'm getting refunded. Never received a refund. March 2026 I stalk them and find out I'm not getting refunded. They blame it on Shopify. My credit card company won't do a dispute since the window of 60 days has been long gone. I'm out $260. VERY UPSET.

Because their sizing structure is strange it was too small.
I contacted them for instructions on how to return it.
It took many emails from me to get replies which told me nothing. There were veiled hints about the return window about to close - which was their fault as they didnât reply to my emails.
The best I could do in the end was an of 40% off if I re-order a different size and I get to keep the coat Iâve got - for which Iâve paid full price - and which I canât use!

Do not purchase
My original order summer 2025 was a preorder. When I inquired about an ETA, I was reminded that it was a preorder and it would ship end of Oct 2025. Shortly after that began their crusade to get 1,000s of orders in to support the product manufacturing and shipping overseas because they were struggling to keep the business running and needed money to get the orders out. RED FLAG. My mistake for not requesting a refund on the spot. My order eventually showed up at the end of December 2025. The pants didn't fit, so I went on the website and requested a return for an exchange.
They approved my return, sent the shipping label and allowed me to send the product back. Approx. two weeks after shipping the pants back to them, I start getting emails saying that my return is expiring... I've been sending inquiries ever since to ask where my exchange is and I'm getting auto-responses saying "thank you for contacting us... please allow 48 business hours for a reply"... My return was delivered to them, so now I am out the product and the money and they have disappeared. Website and Instagram pages do not exist. No one to call. I am frustrated and disappointed. How do you claim do be doing a great thing for people and the planet and then take a bunch of money from people and disappear? Vet your choices and companies you choose to spend with carefully, would be my takeaway.

Terrible terrible terrible. Purchased several items and wanted to support the business as theyâre pushing for sustainable natural fibre workout clothing and they mentioned that they needed help to allow the business to continue to float. HOWEVER, never received my order after 4 months, messages them on Instagram and emailed them multiple times; yet no reply when I asked for refund and now, their Instagram and website have been deleted. Oh my goodness..
Don't order from Namarie
I placed an order in August for a fall pre order set that would ship early November. After December rolled around and I hadn't received anything I reached out to them asking about my order. They told me they had some complications with shopify and had my order at the warehouse. They said it would ship by the end of the week. Well then January goes by, and they post on their social media that they are going to court against shopify (who doesnât put holds on funds for no reason) and our orders would be shipping out soon. They had to block comments because there were so many people that came to complain about their orders never showing up, horrible customer service, just being yanked around for months. I messaged them one last time. Saying I understood their issues with everything and was willing to even wait longer for my order, I just didn't want to wait indefinitely with a moving shipping date spaning 4+ months. I asked if I should cancel or if they could provide a real date for fulfillment. They never responded, just cancled my order lol. Lots of people still havent recieved refunds and they deleted all trace of themselves online. Glad this business went under and that i never recieved their garbage clothing. They were found to have misrepresented that their fabric was microplastic free too. And they're not a small business like they say, theyre a drop shipping company. The founding owners are Colt Lamb, Bryan Nardone, and Kylie Lamb. Might be worth remembering their names to avoid whatever greenwashing, faith-painted, untrustworthy company they try to open next. Go to Pact. I love their organic cotton leggings. Or even Branwyn, their wool leggings are amazing, you wouldn't know it was wool.
Avoid Namarie
I placed an order in December of 2025 for my wife, and after three weeks I still hadnât received an email about shipment status. I reached out to Namarie via email and received an auto-generated response that they would get back to me within 48 hours. After the time period had passed, and considering the experiences of others with Namarie, I contacted my bank and disputed the charges. Within 3 weeks the bank ruled in my favor and permanently refunded the money. I never heard back from Namarie. I highly recommend not to purchase from this company. If you have and you are not receiving updates, receiving excuse after excuse, or receiving no response at all, you should dispute the transaction immediately.

I tried to give this company so much grace and did for awhile, and I do have some of their stuff that I enjoy, but as time goes on you can tell it will not last (piling and some of the seams arenât holding up well in the leggings).. but Iâm sharing my story so others will avoid them and not have to deal with what I had to deal with this fall/winter. The stuff I do have from them I ordered last April 2025 and did receive in July, so I ordered more and was so happy to have nontoxic yoga gear.. I had 3 orders total; 2 placed in August and 1 placed in November when they asked for help. The November one I was most pissed about because they promised over and over that shipping was guaranteed before Christmas which of course never happened.. they did rectify that though and refunded me the week of Christmas for that 1 order. I still had hope for the other 2 orders and trusted theyâd still deliver after all their promises of such, and I was very willing to be patient with them.. But by early January I was completely over it after they had sent me literally the same exact email exactly 2 weeks apart saying my stuff would be shipping any minute now. Clearly it wasnât and they look so stupid because they didnât even bother to realize they had already sent me that same email 2 weeks prior when I asked what the heck was going on and requested the refund for the Nov order. So I was done with them after that and demanded my money back or I would start a fraud case. They did refund me within a week, so I am surprised to see on here that some people never heard back from them at all. I will say they did get back to me, but it did sometimes take up to a week. But overall even though they still got back to me and refunded me Iâm telling everyone I know to never shop with them, and now Iâm unfortunately dealing with the same situation with glas active. Iâm so disappointed in all these ânontoxicâ brands for just being overall shitty businesses and not caring to communicate with their customers. Iâm sticking with Pact and Indigo Luna; the latter is the BEST I love everything I got from them and shipping only took **THREE** days, which is wild because Iâm in Boston and theyâre in Bali⊠so namarie has no excuses and Iâm over them. I blocked their emails and their Instagram. I donât ever want to fall for their shit ever again and Iâm mad at myself for doing it again with Glas active. Support Indigo Luna or Pact instead, youâll get your stuff in a timely matter, proper communication, and no lies/false promises.

this company is at a scam level. at this point it doesn't even matter to me that if they are truly legit. I ordered some leggings back in Sep 2nd 2025. right now it's Feb 2026. there are no products shipped. I tried to contact the customer service, and got no replies. When you see on their website that they have 5 star ratings, and here or redit they only got 1 star rating, you know how much they did in faking their brand. Do not buy from them!!!!

I own multiple sets from this company and started order from them in 2024. Lets me tell you that in two years they havent gotten ANY of their sh*t together. They are 5 people running a small international business involving major production and fast scale with no skill set on how to manage or re-invest. You will wait 3-5 months for your order and eventually it will arrive.I warned them for over a year to hire REAL professional help and to stop winging it and they just made no real meaningful change. Now they claim to be taking Shopify to court who is holding all their products and they can't ship after months of promised shipping dates that came and went. DO NOT SUPPORT this company. What gives this real âscamâ vibes is the fact that I keep getting emails from somewhere saying that everything is being shipped, with the date promised coming and going multiple times with no explanation. I regret spending my money here. I will forever be on the lookout for anything done by Colt or Kylie Lamb as well as Bryan Nardone, so that I can avoid it. I will not stop until i get my money back though, even if I have to open a case with the AGâs office. I will not be scammed.
Been waiting for over half a year and NO communication updates
I ordered in MAY and received products within a couple months. I appreicate the natural fabric and the leggings are comfortable and fit well. However, I had some quality issues and a fit issue with a bra, so I submitted an exchange. In December, I received 1 of 3 items of of exchange. Middle/end of January, I still have 2 outstanding items that I was told would ship in December, then again within 72 hours from their email early January. It has been 3 weeks and I still haven't received a shipping confirmation. Their team has stopped responding to all forms of communication and turned off their Instagram comments. I like the items, so I am hopefully waiting; however, I will soon be submitting the evidence to my credit card company that the items were never received for a chargeback.

I ordered on 12/14/25 and never received an expected shipping date. I emailed customer support several times and only received long-winded excuses with no tangible expected date to complete the order. My confirmation email states that it is a pre-order, but nothing is mentioned about a pre-order when completing the purchase. It is stated that products will ship in 3-4 days. I have been waiting for over a month with no expected shipping or delivery date. I have submitted a request for a refund with my credit card company. I also reported their IG account as a scam. Too bad, I had high hopes!
