So far I have excellent service from Sam and the team.
Sam recently changed my fund and it seems to have paid dividends.
Early days yet but things are looking promising (especially during the current climate).

Sam and his Team have been great. I was nervous about messing around with my pensions, but Sam clearly explained the options and showed me how much more I could receive - both monthly and a lump sum. Thank you Sam. Much appreciated.

I was looking for a way to re arrange my pension to suit my retirement.plans. Having spoken to several advisors, it became clear that Almond Financial really understood my goal and were the most proactive in helping to find a practical solution. Nothing is guaranteed in the financial world but I am confident that we have come up with a sustainable plan which will allow me to get on and enjoy retirement rather than worrying about my finances. Maybe my confidence in the future is underpinned by the time and effort Sam put into making sure I fully understood everything in good old plain English.

Following a very informative and thorough pension review with Sam I was very happy to transfer my pension across for Almond to manage and advise. It is very important these days to find someone you trust with your hard earned pension and I felt Sam and the team are very trustworthy. My pension was drawn down as promised and I was very happy with the service. Sam made me feel welcome to approach him in the future with any financial questions or queries I may have.

Sam provides clear advise without pressure. His advise has paid for itself within weeks.

Really individualised customer service. Excellent forms of communication using all modes of techlogy to support meetings e.g. secured online meetings, friendly reminders of appointments, good to know information about money updates etc. Particularly pleased with relationale involvement with finacial team. When they say they will do something, they do it! Really important in amongst unique times such as these. Can't say more about how pleased we are to be with them.

I can't recommend Sam highly enough. He's transparent, straight-talking, clear and passionate about his work. He has helped me and my family sort out a very complicated situation in an impressively short period of time. I've felt supported and in the know about what is going on ever since I switched to Sam which is something I can't be more appreciative of. His fees are reasonable (and he's upfront about them) and he has the experience/contacts/passion to help with lots of different aspects of financial management.
