I am using the Alpha Stim Aid machine to help deal with chronic insomnia. Anxiety is lessened very quickly and works each time I use it for this purpose. I also find that it helps with general relaxation and helps keep my mind quiet at night. I use Alpha Stim in the mornings each day. I would recommend it's use for insomnia in combination with CBTi.

I have been suffering with anxiety for decades and I tried everything including medication with up and down . But since I tried Alpha- stim 3 month ago my anxiety came down drastically and I am able to live 100% normally without too much thinking. Not saying this will work for everyone but I am so glad it worked for me

I have had my Alpha Stim for a month now. I was struggling with bad anxiety, on tough days I was struggling to function.

I bought it as a punt. I wasn't very hopeful, but I thought it was worth a try because you have a month to give it back without losing your money.

I used it the first day, felt exhausted afterwards, went to bed, slept for 10 hours, and woke up feeling much, much better.

Since then, my anxiety has been down by about 99%.

The results are mind-blowingly good and potentially life-changing.

If you are sitting on the fence, I think it's really worth a go.

I wanted to share my experience of Alpha-Sim a brain stimulation aid which has made a significant difference to my life.I have struggled with anxiety and depression for many years but after using A S I have noticed a considerable improvement in my mental well-being.The gentle impulses have have helped lift me out of a dark place and I feel more balanced and calm. I am eager to recommend it to anyone who may be going through similar challenges.

I have found the Alphastim device is excellent for ensuring a good nights sleep. I find that when I use it during the day I am then able to switch off when going to bed leading to a good nights sleep.

Finding Alpha-Stim has been revolutionary for my 14 year old daughter. She was suffering with insomnia, anxiety and depression and I could not get her out of bed, in part due to autistic burnout. Using the Alpha-Stim for 20 minutes a day has meant after 4 weeks she is now sleeping better, has joined the gym and is going out by herself to the supermarket etc. (activities she previously would not have done). She found it easy to set up and use and has used it whilst watching TV. I tried it myself to understand the sensation and it really does work to block stressful thoughts at the time, and for her over time using it every day has meant these thoughts and anxieties aren't a constant business in her mind. With such a waiting list to see professionals for support with young peoples mental health, the opportunity for young people to try an Alpha-stim, and over starting medication, would be fantastic for many young people. Really impressed with the positive effects this device has had on my mind and body in the few weeks I've been using it. The biggest effect is an overall feeling of calm compared to a few months ago - I feel more productive and my mind doesn't race when I'm trying to go to sleep. Highly recommend!

I am honestly amazed by this tiny little magical device! I suffer from a selection of health issues that cause chronic pain (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) and have been searching for ways to manage this holistically. I have definitely noticed a cumulative reduction in pain and have also found it incredibly useful in managing anxiety. It is hard to put into words how much it helps - it truly is something you need to try to understand!

I wasn't sleeping very well when I learned about Alpha-stim and got the opportunity to try it out. I rather enjoyed wearing it knowing that I was doing something positive for my mind and body. I wore it whilst working on the laptop, take tea breaks and before bed when I read. I settled on wearing it before bed whilst reading, and this really helped me to establish a better night time routine and it transformed my sleep. As a Therapeutic Coach, I can see how devices such as this offer people are real alternative to some of the conventional supports, such as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and and other mental exercises to help you drift off such as counting sheep. It's not all about sleep though. Whilst using this device my mood improved, my energy levels too and I felt more mentally clear. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a solution to boost their wellbeing.

Phenomenal product. I am me again, for the first time in months - actually, years. I feel calm and centred, can focus, and my colleagues are saying I have my mojo back.

I researched this and a rival device fairly thoroughly. I went for this one as the evidence base was fairly solid for anxiety, depression, and insomnia, all of which I struggle with. Also this one works across the whole brain, including the vagus nerve but also other areas that can be affected with these problems.

Mostly I use the alphastim at the same time as mindfulness (which promotes vagus nerve function). It feels as though the alphastim augments what I've been doing and turbo charges it. I've been using it for 2 weeks and cannot believe the change.

The customer service has been great too, and given me answers to queries. It was really helpful to have suggested ways of using it for the different problems. A few more of those would be great too, as I think it could help my friends with chronic fatigue, long covid, and possibly even migraine, and it would be helpful if they knew how best to use it.

The only thing I'd tweak would be a couple of things on the design of the device. They don't make a difference to the effect it's had on me though, so it still gets 5 *!

I’m very pleased with the Alfa stim M. I bought the device in November 2023 and I’ve been using it ever since. They are all very helpful with tips on how to get the best use out of the device. I also had more advice with a guy called Josh in Texas and he was extremely helpful. I cannot thank the Alfa Stim team enough for all the expert advice and Suport, they have given me from both sides of the pond. Life is definitely worth living now thanks Alfa Stim.

The Alpha Stim device is an incredible piece of equipment. I work with mental health and head injury, and I regularly recommend it to my patients. I have been using it for about 5 years now, and will continue to do so. The benefits of it are that my patients have exhibited improved mood, energy, better clarity of thinking, improved behavioural responses to stress, improved quality of sleep, reduced anxiety. The fact that it is portable, sturdy and light weight often results in patients falling in love with it, as they can give themselves a treatment whenever they so desire. It really is fantastic.

Excellent devices, easy to use and supportive in easing disruptive symptoms of anxiety.

Throughly enjoying using this device myself, and seeing the positive effects it is having on patients/clients I am working with who are also choosing to use it.

Very happy with the service I've received so far. I looked at another similar VNS product but was worried about having to pay so much money up front and not have anyone based in the UK to contact if there were any issues. I found Alpha Stim and was very happy to be able to rent the device first to see if it works for me. After renting it for several months I've decided to purchase it. The whole process has been very smooth and I've really valued having a single point of contact, who I can call/email directly about the product.

In 2015 I suffered a brain infection which left me with, amongst other things, acute brain fog. I found that I couldn't sustain the focus to complete basic tasks, lost track of my thoughts mid sentence and I couldn't converse with friends for longer than a couple of minutes. It was exhausting, frustrating and scary as there was no solution on the horizon. A friend was using an Alpha-stim Aid to help with neurological pain and, although it was never claimed that the device could help with brain fog, she suggested that I "Give it a go". In desperation I did and after using the Aid for one hour a day, for three days, my life was transformed. My brain was clear, lost words found and even colours appeared brighter. Since then my Alpha-stim has been my constant companion. I use it whenever I feel the need, for as long as I need, confident that it is non invasive and side effect free. Customer service is personal, immediate and efficient.
My brain infection also left me with progressive MS and I can honestly say that, while the Alpha-stim can never cure me, it has helped me cope with my condition and given me back the joy in my life.

This has helped me noticeably with my severe anxiety. Must admit to being a bit cynical at the start, as no doubt many are. It is a useful tool to have in your armament, and I would definitely recommend it.

My son is currently in autistic burnout and isn't able to leave the house very often or do the things he used to enjoy. He has very high anxiety and demand avoidance and the Alpha Stim Aid is the only thing we've found that helps. He does it every morning while doing his usual things having like breakfast etc. He says it takes some of the worry away.

Suffered with anxiety and depression for the last 15 plus years. Been on medication and seen a counsellor throughout that which have helped but have still struggled with bad periods and could never quite get it under control. Been using this device for about 2 months and in the last couple of weeks have noticed a massive difference. Feel less anxious, sleep better and generally not worrying as much throughout the day.
