I had a very positive experience with this claim handling company who managed my claim. As a taxi driver, the accident meant I had temporarily lost my livelihood, which was extremely stressful. However, the claim handling company acted quickly and made sure I was provided with a licensed replacement vehicle as soon as possible, so I could get back on the road and continue working.

They were professional, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Once the third party accepted responsibility, everything moved forward smoothly and efficiently. My total loss claim was handled well, and I have now received my payment without unnecessary delays.

I had an accident in my Lamborghini urus and they got me a 90k payout. All settled in 2 months.
They used a specialist vehicle assessor who valued my car correctly. The entire time I was in a brand new Bentley flying spur replacement car hire. I’m happy I used alpha over my own insurance whom would have repaired my car and not provide me with an exotic replacement. Highly recommended.

Simply the best accident management company in Birmingham

Honestly the best company to give your claims to. They’re so kind, they explain everything to you. I got a courtesy car on the same day, my car was valued and it was all dealt with within the month. Asif and Arif have both been dealing with my claims and everyone else on the team have been so good to me.

I don’t normally do reviews for anyone but I just had to with these guys. I couldn’t go through insurance or another company ever!

I had a previous accident where my parked car was hit, I gave that to another company first and I honeslty see the difference in customer service. The other company are shyt, it’s been 3 years and they still don’t respond to me or give me any updates, they’re rude on the phone.

But Alpha claims are on top! Customer service and the work is on point. There is a reason they are top in Birmingham. Couldn’t recommend them more! Even the solicitors they work with are amazing. It’s so easy to contact, ask for updates and provide information. 10/10 company!

I had an accident claim from them they took money from Insurace and transferred into their own garage account and asked me to repaired the car and send pic to release money . When I contacted the other company they given me hire car and dealt the case on their behalf they said we already paid still waiting for paymen it’s 4 months now . Scam

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Alpha Claims and Hire.

During my dealings with this company, the terms regarding when the vehicle was required to be returned to the car park were changed without proper notice or clear communication. Altering conditions after an agreement has already been made is unacceptable and creates unnecessary stress for customers who are acting in good faith.

Furthermore, upon collecting my vehicle, I discovered that the tyres were flat. I immediately raised this issue with Alpha Claims and Hire, however I was told that it was not their responsibility. This response is completely unreasonable, given that the vehicle was under their control at the time. No investigation, assistance, or accountability was offered.

The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and refusal to take responsibility for issues that occurred while my vehicle was in their possession is deeply concerning. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before using this company.

Asif @ alpha claims and hire sorted my claim out for me and since then I’ve sent him 2 new claims. The best in the game with over 20 years experience. I’ll keep recommending him. They give you honest pay out. Unlike other companies who steal your money from your car money.
