Nature of Complaint
I am filing this complaint regarding my recent experience with Alpha Ghostwriter, which I believe demonstrates unprofessional conduct and potentially deceptive business practices.

Issues Experienced
Failure to Deliver Services: Paid $200 for editing, formatting and publishing services and never heard anything.
Despite promptly submitting my manuscript and all requested materials, I have not received any deliverables.

Poor Communication, phone in NY, said located in Houston which is not true (no physical location)

Website Discrepancies and Misrepresentation:
The company’s website contains multiple inconsistencies, including:

Business address and contact information that cannot be independently verified.

Claims of publishing books and client testimonials that do not match public records or cannot be substantiated.

Erosion of Trust:
The combination of poor communication, lack of transparency, and questionable website claims has eroded my trust in the company’s legitimacy.
