Alphaletz has been a game changer for me. It's quick and easy to use, and if you do run into any issues, their support team is always there to help. I would definitely recommend Alphaletz - whether you manage 1 or 100 properties, it will save you time by keeping everything you need in one convenient place.

Game changing software which has all the key functionalities you need to run a property business. LOVE IT and love how easy, simple and intuitive the platform is. Given me back hours and hours !

I have tried many property management software’s, Alphaletz is the best choice! Simple, easy to use, efficient and user friendly and outstanding customer support.

I think this is a decent piece of software for any Landlord who doesn't have any effective admin system already. It has some useful features, and from the others I looked at on the market, I feel its probably the most comprehensive software available at the moment.

I test drove the system with one property, although unfortunately this didn't fall under the free trial as it was a HMO property, so I had to pay to trial.

Personally, I found it didn't 'tick all the boxes' needed to be able to stop using my existing spreadsheet based system, and if I have to still use that, I might was well do everything in the one system, and hence didn't need Alphaletz.

The financial record keeping I thought was also a bit amateur. It keeps the basic rent records ok, but other wise was fairly basic, and didn't allow them to be downloaded in a useful format for sending to the accountant. Im hopeful this aspect of the software will imporve greatly with any later functionality designed for 'Making Tax Digital'.

As it didn't tick my boxes, I cancelled, but was dissapointed that not even a partial refund was offered, given I had paid for 16 properies, but only tried with 1 property which in theory I feel should have fallen under the free trial.

I may trial again in a year or two to see how its changed / improved.

We were looking for some software that was easy to use because of my dyslexia and dyscalculia. Which means I’m both rubbish with numbers and with visually seeing the right information in the right context.

This company provided invaluable support to navigating me through understanding and successfully obtaining the correct management output required to understand both how our business was operating and also maintaining the correct property management.

It did take a couple of days to rewire my brain from using spreadsheets but compared to other software this is intuitive and beautifully crafted along with the invaluable support from Alphaletz.

What is also great is that it’s a cloud-based system and the developer is extremely open minded to improvements and functions that will assist the community and others with neuro diverse conditions.

I am an HMO landlord with single lets as well, but I am also an agent for other owners' HMOs and single lets as well. I have a VA and various contractors, and about 80 tenancy units in total, so I am in need of a good all-rounder management software. I have tested many and AlphaLetz is the only one I have confidence in using permanently. They have an engaging team and whilst they make no claims to be an industry veteran, they are listening to all my feedback and making tweaks and features based on my feedback, which is great. I am also working with my VA to use the software for her daily tenancy management activities and she is getting on well with it. There are still some additional features that will fill the last remaining gaps, but I'm assured that these are very likely to be pipelined and rolled out as soon as they can. All in all, it's looking good for me so far and I will continue using it for my lettings and property management needs as we go forward.

No brainer piece of management software for landlords to have instant access to all data as well as set tasks so that all legal obligations are met. I particularly like the in built reminders to tenants to pay their rent.
I’m not sure how we managed before- saving hours of time as well as money!
