Swift and concise response to queries.

I don't know how we ever managed without UltraSoftBIS. Before we were using excel spreadsheets for logging leads/enquiries and using the same for billing. It got to the point where we were forgetting to get back to people and often losing copies of invoices we sent out. UltraSoftBIS has by far been the best investment we've made in our business. We now simply log leads and have historical records of every interaction and billing is actually enjoyable now and ridiculously fast! Chasing bad debts is simple and allocating payments with our accounting system is all automated.
UltraSoftBIS is our safety net, we no longer have to worry about the detail and instead we can concentrate on growing our business.

Having used a number of CRM/Billing systems over the years, I find Ultrasoft to be extremely user friendly. The developers take time to understand our needs and are more than happy to bespoke anything within reason to make life easier for the user. Highly recommend the system.
